【摘要】：在對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了Nonaka的SECI知識(shí)創(chuàng)造螺旋模型,并從本體論角度分析了組織知識(shí)創(chuàng)造的四種障礙,即個(gè)體方面、群體方面、組織方面和組織之間的障礙,最后提出了克服障礙的組織知識(shí)創(chuàng)造綜合系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of relevant theories, this paper introduces Nonaka's SECI knowledge creation spiral model, and analyzes four obstacles to organizational knowledge creation from the perspective of ontology, namely, individual aspect, group aspect, organizational aspect and organizational obstacle. Finally, a comprehensive system of organizational knowledge creation for overcoming obstacles is proposed.
