【摘要】：正當前,中國正開啟一個智庫發(fā)展的新時代,這是中國歷史進程的必然要求,也是黨和國家事業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切呼喚。建設中國特色新型智庫的根本前提是堅持服務中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的完善和發(fā)展。中國特色新型智庫,是以戰(zhàn)略問題和公共政策為主要研究對象,以服務黨和政府科學、民主、依法決策為宗旨的研究咨詢機構,主要功能是咨政建言、理論創(chuàng)新、輿論引導、社會服務、公共外交和集賢育人。"中國特色"必須植根于中國國情,要體現(xiàn)中國
[Abstract]:Right now, China is opening a new era of think-tank development, which is an inevitable requirement of the course of Chinese history. It is also an urgent call for the development of the cause of the Party and the state. The fundamental prerequisite for building a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics is to persist in serving the perfection and development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a research and consultation institution with the aim of serving the Party and government science, democracy and decision-making according to law. Its main function is advisory advice, theoretical innovation, public opinion guidance, and social service, with strategic issues and public policies as its main research objects, as well as serving the Party and government science, democracy and decision-making in accordance with the law. "Chinese characteristics" must be rooted in China's national conditions and embody China.
