【摘要】：組織高效能運(yùn)作的基礎(chǔ)是與其使命環(huán)境相匹配,或者說(shuō)適應(yīng)其使命環(huán)境。因此,設(shè)計(jì)與使命環(huán)境適應(yīng)的組織是組織設(shè)計(jì)研究領(lǐng)域的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn).本文通過(guò)對(duì)C2(command and control)組織基本概念的定義,在C2組織描述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)C2組織的設(shè)計(jì)提出了新的方法,并對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了分析論證.
[Abstract]:The foundation of an organization's efficient operation is to match or adapt to its mission environment. The design of organization adapted to mission environment is a difficult and important point in the field of organizational design. Through the definition of the basic concept of C2command and control, based on the description of C2 organization, a new method of C2 organization design is proposed. The design method is analyzed and demonstrated.
