【摘要】：[目的/意義]作為國家軟實力的重要組成部分,中國特色新型智庫建設(shè)已經(jīng)提升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度。目前,中國智庫逐漸呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展趨勢,然而許多人對中國特色新型智庫的理解還不夠完整。[方法 /過程]本文在筆者日常智庫運營經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合歐美國家100多家智庫的實地走訪,對中國智庫"熱"到來了嗎、中美智庫的差距有多大、如何看最流行的賓州《全球智庫報告》、中國智庫發(fā)展的幾點不足、何為新型智庫等問題進(jìn)行探討。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論 ]最后,本文就建設(shè)中國特色新型智庫,在謀斷互動、思想市場、人事拓展、融資運營、全球傳播等方面,提出智庫機制改革建議。
[Abstract]:[As an important part of the national soft power, the construction of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics has been promoted to the national strategic height. At present, the Chinese think-tank is gradually showing the development trend of industrialization. However, many people's understanding of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics is not complete. [Method / process] on the basis of the author's daily experience in the operation of think tanks, combined with the field visits of more than 100 think tanks in Europe and the United States, has the "hot" of the Chinese think tanks come, and how far is the gap between China and the United States? How to look at the most popular Pennsylvania Global think Tank report, the development of China's think tanks several deficiencies, what is a new type of think tanks and other issues are discussed. [Results / conclusion] finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the mechanism of the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics in the aspects of interaction, ideological market, personnel development, financing operation, global communication, and so on.
