【摘要】：公平問題是管理中的一個重要問題。美國心理學家Ｊ．Ｓ。亞當斯的研究表明，公平分配是一種激勵機制。當個人感到自己受到公平待遇時便會努力工作，否則他便憤怒不平，并因而產(chǎn)生生產(chǎn)的低效率。公平感是影響人的積極性的普遍心理現(xiàn)象。當前的改革，實質上是利益分配格局的重新調整。利益的重新分配，必然對人們在舊的分配體制下形成的公平觀念形成強烈的沖擊。因此，隨著改革的深入，公平問題將愈加突出。研究管理中的公平與效率問題，，是管理學研究不可回避的課題。
[Abstract]:Fairness is an important issue in management. A study by American psychologist J. S. Adams shows that fair distribution is an incentive. Individuals work hard when they feel they are being treated fairly. Otherwise, he would be angry, and thus produce inefficient production. The sense of fairness is a general psychological phenomenon that affects people's enthusiasm. The current reform is essentially the readjustment of the distribution pattern of interests and the redistribution of interests. Therefore, with the deepening of the reform, the issue of fairness will become more prominent. Research on the issue of fairness and efficiency in management. It is an unavoidable subject in the study of management.
