【摘要】：正 孫武生活在春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)后期,其間正是社會(huì)大動(dòng)蕩,大變革的時(shí)期,政治上諸侯各國(guó)爭(zhēng)權(quán)奪地、爭(zhēng)當(dāng)霸主,又形成了諸國(guó)間的頻繁戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。無(wú)論是外交斗爭(zhēng)或是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)行為,都是大國(guó)對(duì)小國(guó)的欺凌與掠奪,“春秋無(wú)義戰(zhàn)”,遭殃的是平民百姓。正是在這種不能僅憑經(jīng)濟(jì)力量和軍事實(shí)力爭(zhēng)奪權(quán)力的時(shí)代,致勝的根本在于發(fā)現(xiàn)人才,重視人才、情報(bào)、組織和管理等一系列“智與力”的活動(dòng),所以《孫子兵法》高度濃
