【摘要】：和諧主題漂移是指組織為了動態(tài)適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境和自身特征的變化,從原有主題轉(zhuǎn)變到新主題的過程。主題的漂移有客觀和主觀兩方面原因,組織資源的柔性、動態(tài)能力、學習機制、創(chuàng)新理念和變革型領(lǐng)導是主題漂移的支撐條件,組織慣性則對主題漂移過程有較大的阻礙作用,基于上述分析構(gòu)建了和諧主題漂移過程的描述模型。
[Abstract]:Harmonious theme drift refers to the process of changing from the original theme to the new theme in order to dynamically adapt to the external environment and the change of its own characteristics. The drift of the theme has both objective and subjective reasons and the flexibility of organizational resources. Dynamic ability, learning mechanism, innovative ideas and transformational leadership are the supporting conditions of theme drift, while organizational inertia has a great hindrance to the process of theme drift. Based on the above analysis, a description model of harmonious subject drift process is constructed.
