【摘要】：正國(guó)外早期的組織演化理論主要強(qiáng)調(diào)組織在面對(duì)外部環(huán)境時(shí)的適應(yīng)行為。隨著上世紀(jì)后期組織生態(tài)理論和演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,組織理論研究者的興趣從適應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)向了種群的選擇上。后來(lái)的學(xué)者在綜合適應(yīng)與選擇理論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了共同演化的思想。
[Abstract]:The early theories of organizational evolution in foreign countries mainly emphasize the adaptive behavior of organizations in the face of external environment. With the emergence and development of the theory of organizational ecology and evolutionary economics in the late period of 0th century. The interest of the researchers in organizational theory has shifted from adaptation to population selection. Later scholars put forward the idea of co-evolution on the basis of comprehensive adaptation and selection theory.
