[Abstract]:Technology prediction, technology evaluation and technology project evaluation are the research fields which are emerging gradually in the United States and other western countries in the end of 60s and the beginning of 1970s. At present, the DELPHI method has been gradually developed. Some methods and analytical tools such as PATTERN method, cross impact analysis, scenario analysis and quest model, etc. Because of the application of these methods, the hands of expert evaluation and literature are used.
