【摘要】：[目的/意義]在當(dāng)前國(guó)家政府統(tǒng)籌強(qiáng)化高等院校智庫(kù)建設(shè)和公安部建設(shè)新型公安智庫(kù)的背景下,公安智庫(kù)的建設(shè)者有必要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)警務(wù)智庫(kù)在組織、運(yùn)行和建設(shè)等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索中國(guó)新型公安智庫(kù)的發(fā)展途徑。[方法/過(guò)程]本文旨在以"美國(guó)警察基金會(huì)"為例,通過(guò)研究其發(fā)展歷程、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、工作內(nèi)容等方面的特征,全面梳理總結(jié)該智庫(kù)建設(shè)運(yùn)行上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論 ]本文結(jié)合我國(guó)社會(huì)的特點(diǎn)和當(dāng)前公安機(jī)關(guān)面臨的重要問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為我國(guó)警務(wù)智庫(kù)建設(shè)上應(yīng)當(dāng)注意找準(zhǔn)研究對(duì)象和研究方法、不斷提高自身研究實(shí)力和創(chuàng)新能力、逐步建立完善的信息推廣傳播機(jī)制和有效的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)管理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] under the background of the current national government to strengthen the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities and the Ministry of Public Security to build new types of public security think tanks, it is necessary for the builders of public security think tanks to study the organization of advanced police think tanks seriously. To explore the development of China's new public security think-tank through experience in operation and construction. [The purpose of this paper is to take the American Police Foundation as an example and to summarize the experience in the construction and operation of the think-tank by studying the characteristics of its development process, organizational structure, work content and so on. [Results / conclusion] based on the characteristics of our society and the important problems that the public security organs are facing at present, we should pay attention to find the right research object and research methods in the construction of the police think tank in our country. Improve their own research strength and innovation ability, gradually establish a sound information dissemination mechanism and effective research team management mechanism.
