【摘要】：沖突,作為一個普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,是任何一個組織都不可避免的。它的存在和能否對其進行有效的解決,對組織的管理、組織目標的實現(xiàn),都會產(chǎn)生很大的影響。本文將陳述普遍的組織內(nèi)部的各種沖突,并從沖突的定義、類型分析著手,對解決沖突的模式、技術、方法和創(chuàng)建一個健康型組織進行一些探討。要從根本上解決組織內(nèi)部的沖突,必須善于尋找產(chǎn)生沖突的根本原因,提高沖突管理者的能力,從而減少和控制組織內(nèi)部的沖突。
[Abstract]:Conflict, as a common phenomenon, is inevitable for any organization. Its existence and whether it can be effectively resolved, the management of the organization, the realization of organizational goals. This article will describe the various conflicts within the general organization and begin with the definition, type analysis, conflict resolution patterns, and techniques of conflict resolution. Methods and the establishment of a healthy organization for some discussion. In order to fundamentally solve the conflict within the organization, we must be good at finding the root causes of conflict, and improve the ability of conflict managers. Thus reducing and controlling conflicts within the organization.
