JL銀行信息資產(chǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)通過(guò)制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),通過(guò)具體的項(xiàng)目手段來(lái)落地執(zhí)行,以最終建設(shè)完成的系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略遠(yuǎn)景。作為商業(yè)銀行,應(yīng)該切實(shí)建立一套適合并能夠有利于提高自身的管理理念來(lái)適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。監(jiān)管的趨緊、利率市場(chǎng)化的推進(jìn)、民營(yíng)銀行的異軍突起以及傳統(tǒng)銀行在內(nèi)外部管理方面的弊病,導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)銀行在面臨更加激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中頹勢(shì)盡顯。因此應(yīng)該從自我角度審視企業(yè)的不足,同時(shí)也要著眼同業(yè)優(yōu)秀管理制度建設(shè),向國(guó)際大型、成功的知名銀行看齊。金融銀行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,隨著銀行業(yè)的日益開(kāi)放、民營(yíng)銀行的日益興起、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融公司和產(chǎn)品的涌現(xiàn)和正負(fù)面輿論的過(guò)多關(guān)注,傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)受到了極大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。很多大銀行出現(xiàn)了大面積裁員和高管跳槽的問(wèn)題。在眾多壓力下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銀行是傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)的最大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銀行利用在線服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)減少了物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)及人工費(fèi)用的巨大成本,充分體現(xiàn)了信息技術(shù)的巨大成本優(yōu)勢(shì)、效率優(yōu)勢(shì),所減少的終端服務(wù)人員,例如柜員等很多被分流到營(yíng)銷崗位,這表明未來(lái)的趨勢(shì)是將更多的與客戶接觸的渠道型工作(交易、推介)交給在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)執(zhí)行,與客戶的溝通、維系挽留交給營(yíng)銷人員和在線客服執(zhí)行,因此智能化信息服務(wù)是未來(lái)傳統(tǒng)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的重點(diǎn)。研究信息服務(wù),必須以運(yùn)營(yíng)、維護(hù)信息資產(chǎn)為主線,通過(guò)對(duì)信息資產(chǎn)所作的工作,能夠讓企業(yè)在信息方面提升優(yōu)勢(shì)。信息資產(chǎn)應(yīng)該可以根據(jù)指定的某些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分類,而不單單取決于其使用次數(shù)的多少:應(yīng)該根據(jù)使用部門的職能型特征分類,或者依據(jù)使用的范圍分類,再或者是使用的瞬間長(zhǎng)度分類。應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)該被建設(shè)為利用搜索,利于導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出,利用用戶訪問(wèn),但是也要注意信息安全保護(hù)。信息資產(chǎn)作為資產(chǎn)的一個(gè)類別,應(yīng)當(dāng)成立專門的部門來(lái)管理和實(shí)施。信息資產(chǎn)具有一定的失效,而且別其他資產(chǎn)的時(shí)效性更為明顯,例如普通固定資產(chǎn)有一定的折舊特征。信息資產(chǎn)的時(shí)效性更強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)信息分析的時(shí)效作用。是否具有一定的分析價(jià)值,取決于信息的新舊程度。JL銀行信息資產(chǎn)管理工作在工作制度、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、管理流程、管理平臺(tái)等方面都有一定的建樹(shù)。通過(guò)組織戰(zhàn)略、高級(jí)管理層、項(xiàng)目組合和項(xiàng)目集的方式對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)做統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,建立符合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況和監(jiān)管規(guī)則的數(shù)據(jù)中心(兩地三中心),對(duì)各項(xiàng)工作制定明確的工作辦法、流程和制度。本文研究金融銀行業(yè)信息資產(chǎn)管理,側(cè)重通過(guò)對(duì)信息資產(chǎn)的研究,找到傳統(tǒng)銀行(以JL銀行為研究樣本)在當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下自身存在的問(wèn)題,分析問(wèn)題的根源,并提出解決問(wèn)題的方法,從而推動(dòng)該銀行信息資產(chǎn)建設(shè),提高本銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:By making strategic plan, strategic goal and concrete project means, the enterprise can carry out the strategy and realize the strategic vision with the final construction of the completed system. As a commercial bank, it is necessary to set up a set of suitable management ideas to adapt to market competition. The tightening of supervision, the promotion of marketization of interest rate, the sudden emergence of private banks and the shortcomings of traditional banks in internal and external management lead to the decline of traditional banks in the face of more fierce market competition. Therefore, we should examine the shortcomings of enterprises from the perspective of ourselves, and at the same time, we should focus on the construction of excellent management system in the same industry, and be in line with the international large and successful famous banks. Financial banking is an important part of the national economy. With the opening of banking industry, the rise of private banks, the emergence of Internet financial companies and products and the excessive attention of positive and negative public opinion, The traditional banking industry is under great competition pressure. Many large banks have experienced widespread layoffs and the problem of senior executives switching jobs. Under so many pressures, Internet banks are the biggest competitors in traditional banking, and Internet banks use the advantage of online services to reduce the huge cost of physical network construction and labor costs. It fully reflects the huge cost advantage, efficiency advantage, reduced terminal service personnel, such as teller, and many of them are diverted to marketing positions, which indicates that the future trend is to make more channel work with customers (transaction, etc.). Introduction) to the implementation of online network services, communication with customers, retention to the marketing staff and online customer service implementation, so intelligent information services is the focus of the future transformation of traditional banks. To study information services, we must take operation and maintenance of information assets as the main line. Through the work done on information assets, enterprises can enhance their advantages in information. Information assets should be classified according to certain specified criteria, not only by the number of times they are used: they should be classified according to the functional characteristics of the user department, or by the scope of use, Or use the instantaneous length classification. The data in the application system should be constructed to make use of search, to import and export, to use user access, but also to pay attention to the protection of information security. As a category of assets, information assets should be managed and implemented by special departments. Information assets have certain invalidation, and other assets have more obvious timeliness, such as general fixed assets have certain depreciation characteristics. The timeliness of information assets emphasizes the time-effect of information analysis. Whether or not it has certain analytical value depends on the new and old degree of information. JL bank information asset management work in the work system, organizational structure, management process, management platform and so on have certain achievements. Planning information systems projects through organizational strategy, senior management, portfolio and project set, and establishing data centres (three centers) that are consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise and regulatory rules, Develop clear working methods, procedures and systems for all tasks. This paper studies the information asset management of financial banking, focusing on the study of information assets, to find out the existing problems of traditional banks (taking JL bank as the research sample) in the current market competition environment, and to analyze the root causes of the problems. In order to promote the construction of the bank's information assets and improve the core competitiveness of the bank, the paper puts forward the methods to solve the problem.
