【摘要】：借助營銷學中忠誠度的概念,從行為與態(tài)度2個角度分析城市綜合體中停車收費政策調整對不同人群的影響.提出敏感人群、無感人群、灰色人群辨識方法,并建立停車收費政策變化下的行為選擇模型.研究發(fā)現,家庭收入、出行目的、出行時長、停車費用及每周開車天數是居民對停車費用敏感性的重要影響因素.通勤、非通勤出行中分別有44.7%和42.9%的駕車者被歸為灰色人群.盡管他們當前較為依賴小汽車,但實質上對停車費用及公交服務水平的變化較為敏感,具備向公交出行轉移的可能性.提出的敏感、無感與灰色人群的辨識方法,為城市綜合體交通停車收費政策調整過程中把握小汽車出行向其他方式轉移的趨勢和可能性、停車政策效果評價提供了定量分析方法.
[Abstract]:With the help of the concept of loyalty in marketing, this paper analyzes the influence of parking fee policy adjustment on different population groups from the two angles of behavior and attitude. The identification method of sensitive population, senseless crowd and grey crowd is put forward, and the behavior choice model of parking fee policy is established. It is found that household income, travel purpose, travel time, parking expenses and driving days per week are important factors affecting the sensitivity of residents to parking fees. 44.7% of commuters and 42.9% of non-commuters were classified as grey people. Although they are more dependent on cars at present, they are more sensitive to the change of parking fees and bus service level, and have the possibility of transferring to public transport. The sensitive, senseless and grey crowd identification method is proposed to grasp the trend and possibility of car travel to other ways in the course of adjustment of parking fee policy for urban complex. The evaluation of parking policy effect provides a quantitative analysis method.
