【摘要】：光纜機(jī)械行業(yè)在國內(nèi)的發(fā)展已逐步進(jìn)入成熟階段,并隨著客戶需求的個性化與多元化需求,市場的類型呈現(xiàn)與時俱進(jìn)的特色。為此,在企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略分析時,細(xì)分市場成為核心要素。AB公司作為長期致力于光纜機(jī)械產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的一家民營企業(yè),進(jìn)入該行業(yè)已將近20年歷史,然而如何做好市場細(xì)分,最大的滿足客戶的需求,成為目前AB公司制定營銷策略的重大課題。論文以AB公司為具體的研究對象,從五大部分展開營銷策略分析。第一部分介紹了課題的選題背景,營銷理念的國內(nèi)外研究狀況,并闡述了本論文研究的意義；第二部分主要闡述市場細(xì)分、五力模型、SWOT分析模型、營銷發(fā)展理論策略等理論知識,為后續(xù)分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；第三部分介紹光纜機(jī)械產(chǎn)品行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,及目前光纜機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的需求分析、對AB公司進(jìn)行概況分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、營銷方式等角度發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)在營銷存在的問題；第四部分對營銷問題的原因進(jìn)行分析；第五部分通過對光纜機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的市場問卷調(diào)查,充分了解購買者對產(chǎn)品的真實(shí)需求和看法,結(jié)合當(dāng)前實(shí)際需要,從高端到中低端兩個市場展開營銷策略的改進(jìn),采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧﹣肀ＷC策略的成功執(zhí)行,為AB公司的持續(xù)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:The development of optical cable machinery industry in China has gradually entered a mature stage, and with the individuation and diversification of customer demand, the type of market presents the characteristics of keeping pace with the times. Therefore, in the analysis of enterprise management strategy, market segmentation has become the core element. As a private enterprise committed to the research and development of optical cable machinery products for a long time, AB has entered the industry for nearly 20 years, but how to do a good job in market segmentation, The biggest satisfy the customer's demand, becomes the AB company to formulate the marketing strategy the important topic at present. This paper takes AB Company as the specific research object, from five parts of the marketing strategy analysis. The first part introduces the background of the topic, the domestic and foreign research status of marketing concept, and expounds the significance of this paper. The second part mainly describes the market segmentation, five forces model, SWOT analysis model, The third part introduces the current situation of optical cable mechanical products industry and the demand analysis of optical cable machinery products, based on the general analysis of AB company. From the organizational structure, product structure, marketing methods and other perspectives to find the existing problems in marketing; the fourth part of the marketing problems are analyzed; the fifth part through the optical cable mechanical products market questionnaire, Fully understand the buyer's real demand and view of the product, combine the current actual needs, carry out the marketing strategy improvement from the high end to the middle and low end, take appropriate measures to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, for the sustainable development of AB Company, To achieve the development goals of enterprises to protect.
