基于微信公共平臺(tái)的服務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略分析

【摘要】:服務(wù)營(yíng)銷是企業(yè)增強(qiáng)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、吸引顧客的有力手段。近年來,服務(wù)營(yíng)銷中服務(wù)意識(shí)薄弱、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化等問題比較突出,嚴(yán)重阻礙了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,微信公共平臺(tái)逐漸被各行各業(yè)應(yīng)用,并取得了良好的效果。在此背景下,本文對(duì)基于微信公共平臺(tái)的服務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略進(jìn)行研究。首先,對(duì)服務(wù)營(yíng)銷的概念進(jìn)行界定;其次,總結(jié)歸納了當(dāng)前我國(guó)服務(wù)營(yíng)銷中存在的問題,包括服務(wù)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新不足、服務(wù)意識(shí)薄弱等;再次,分析了微信公共平臺(tái)對(duì)于促進(jìn)服務(wù)營(yíng)銷發(fā)展的意義;最后,在前述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于微信公共平臺(tái)的服務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略。
[Abstract]:Service marketing is a powerful means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and attract customers. In recent years, the service consciousness in service marketing is weak and the product homogenization is more prominent, which seriously hinders the development of enterprises. With the development of Internet technology, WeChat public platform has been gradually used in various industries, and achieved good results. Under this background, this paper studies the service marketing strategy based on WeChat public platform. First, define the concept of service marketing; secondly, summarize the existing problems in service marketing in our country, including insufficient innovation of service products, weak service consciousness, etc. This paper analyzes the significance of WeChat public platform in promoting the development of service marketing. Finally, on the basis of the above research, it puts forward the service marketing strategy based on WeChat public platform.
