【摘要】:全球能源危機(jī)與環(huán)境污染等問題日趨嚴(yán)重,太陽能光伏發(fā)電技術(shù)成為各國重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國政府對(duì)光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重視,近年來相繼密集出臺(tái)了一系列相關(guān)政策來保證并促進(jìn)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。2014年11月份召開的APEC會(huì)議,也提出了“APEC藍(lán)”的口號(hào),環(huán)境保護(hù)和綠色能源在我國受到了越來越多的關(guān)注與支持。共創(chuàng)光伏成立于2009年7月,是湖南省第一家從事硅基薄膜電池組件生產(chǎn)與研發(fā)的光伏企業(yè)。經(jīng)過五年的發(fā)展,共創(chuàng)光伏取得了一系列成就。但在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)和光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)形勢(shì)下,共創(chuàng)光伏也面臨著一系列機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。如何成功地把握機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)成為了共創(chuàng)光伏發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題,很有必要對(duì)共創(chuàng)光伏進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。以期通過實(shí)施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,來成功地把握外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)并規(guī)避外部威脅,把共創(chuàng)光伏的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營提升到新的水平。本研究一共分為七部分,對(duì)共創(chuàng)光伏的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。在對(duì)共創(chuàng)光伏進(jìn)行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,制訂了共創(chuàng)光伏的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。共創(chuàng)光伏的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略從加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)研發(fā),組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革與組織創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)人力資源管理,推進(jìn)國際化發(fā)展進(jìn)程,加大市場(chǎng)營銷投入,提升融資能力等方面來開展實(shí)施。并且,把共創(chuàng)光伏的分戰(zhàn)略從時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)上來規(guī)劃,劃分為三個(gè)戰(zhàn)略階段,重點(diǎn)理清了總體戰(zhàn)略與分戰(zhàn)略的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)了戰(zhàn)略的有效性與可執(zhí)行性。本研究可以為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定作參考并提供理論借鑒,為共創(chuàng)光伏的經(jīng)營管理提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)、決策建議、經(jīng)營指導(dǎo)等。
[Abstract]:The global energy crisis and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious. Solar photovoltaic technology has become a key new energy industry in various countries. Our government attaches great importance to the development of photovoltaic industry. In recent years, a series of related policies have been introduced to ensure and promote the development of photovoltaic industry. In November 2014, the APEC Conference also put forward the slogan "APEC Blue". Environmental protection and green energy have received more and more attention and support in our country. It is the first photovoltaic enterprise in Hunan province which is engaged in the production and development of silicon based thin film cell modules. After five years of development, the establishment of photovoltaic has made a series of achievements. However, under the new economic situation and the situation of photovoltaic industry. To create photovoltaic is also facing a series of opportunities and challenges. How to successfully grasp the opportunities to deal with the challenges has become a key issue for the development of photovoltaic. It is necessary to plan and design the system of photovoltaic system in order to successfully grasp the opportunities of the external environment and avoid the external threats through the implementation of the development strategy. This study is divided into seven parts, the development strategy of creating photovoltaic system design. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of photovoltaic development. The development strategy for creating photovoltaic is to strengthen product and technology research and development, organizational structure reform and organizational innovation, further strengthen human resource management, and promote the process of international development. Increase marketing investment, improve financing capacity to carry out the implementation. And, the sub-strategy of creating photovoltaic from the time node to plan, divided into three strategic stages. The focus of this study is to clarify the interaction between the overall strategy and the sub-strategy, and to enhance the effectiveness and enforceability of the strategy. This study can be used as a reference and theoretical reference for corporate strategy formulation. To create photovoltaic operation and management to provide a realistic basis, decision-making recommendations, business guidance and so on.
