【摘要】：隨著金融行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到了全面市場化時期,商業(yè)銀行、國有銀行和外資銀行面臨著激烈的市場競爭。內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)信社已經(jīng)擁有上千萬的客戶資源,積累了海量的數(shù)據(jù)信息,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代銀行業(yè)務(wù)拓展和營銷服務(wù)需求,為了能夠提高銀行服務(wù)水平和工作效率,需要針對客戶資源管理設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)一個功能強(qiáng)大的客戶信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),便于提升客戶資源管理能力。本文首先詳細(xì)地分析了內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)信社客戶信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)研究背景,歸納了系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了本文研究目的與意義,總結(jié)了本文的主要工作和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。其次,本文分析、比較了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)采用的ASP.NET技術(shù)、ADO.NET技術(shù)、SQLServer2012數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和Web服務(wù)技術(shù)等,為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)打下基礎(chǔ)。接著,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、管理和社會可行性等方面驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)是可行的,采用UML用例圖技術(shù)對銀行工作人員、管理層進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析,導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,分別是系統(tǒng)用戶管理、銀行客戶信息管理、客戶發(fā)展策略、客戶信息維護(hù)管理等四個關(guān)鍵功能,從系統(tǒng)安全性、數(shù)據(jù)完整性、系統(tǒng)可靠性等方面分析了性能需求。然后,本文設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、功能體系架構(gòu)、軟硬件部署架構(gòu)等,并且使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)算法流程,并且對使用E-R圖和關(guān)系表設(shè)計(jì)了一個良好的系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。然后,本文在VisualStudio2012集成編程環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個功能完善的銀行客戶信息數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),測試結(jié)果顯示該系統(tǒng)具有良好的易用性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the financial industry, banking industry has entered into a comprehensive market period, commercial banks, state-owned banks and foreign banks are facing fierce competition in the market. The rural credit cooperatives of Inner Mongolia already has tens of millions of customer resources, accumulated the massive data, the traditional management model has been unable to adapt to the modern development of banking business marketing and service requirements, in order to improve the level of financial services and work efficiency, to meet the needs of customers and realize the resource management and design a powerful customer information management system, to enhance customer resource management capacity. The paper gives a detailed analysis of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives customer information data management system research background, research status of system is summarized. At home and abroad, expounds the purpose and significance of this study, summarizes the main work and innovation points of this paper. Secondly, this paper analysis and comparison The design and implementation of the system using ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology, SQLServer2012 database technology and Web service technology, and to lay the foundation for the achievement of the system design. Then, this article from the economic, technical, management and social feasibility verification of the system development is feasible, the bank staff using UML case diagram technology research analysis and management, derived the logic of the system business functions are user management system, customer information management, customer development strategy, customer information maintenance and management of the four key functions, from system security, data integrity, reliability analysis of performance requirement. Then, this paper designs the system topology the structure, function and architecture, hardware and software deployment architecture, and the use of structured flowchart design optimization of process system, and the use of E-R graph and table design a good relationship A good system database. Then, in the VisualStudio2012 integrated programming environment, a fully functional bank customer information data management system is implemented. The test results show that the system has good usability and reliability.
