【摘要】：農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社是將分散的農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械經(jīng)營者有機(jī)結(jié)合起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)機(jī)化持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的新模式。農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社作為新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體,在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的過程中具有不可替代的重要地位和作用。本文研究內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展中存在的問題及原因,提出行之有效的對策。本文共分六部分：導(dǎo)論論述研究的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容；第一章主要闡述農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社概念、內(nèi)涵和相關(guān)理論；第二章對內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社的總體狀況、相關(guān)政策和主要作用進(jìn)行分析；第三章對內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展中存在的問題及其原因進(jìn)行分析；第四章從提升戰(zhàn)略高度、加強(qiáng)政策傾斜、堅(jiān)持市場導(dǎo)向、加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)、注重能力建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式等六個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議；結(jié)論對論文整體作出概括,并提出了得出的結(jié)論。通過本文的研究,希望能夠促進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,為其管理和相關(guān)職能部門提供發(fā)展思路、經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,逐步把內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社建成規(guī)模更大、功能更全、管理更優(yōu)、服務(wù)更廣、運(yùn)營更佳,使得一批參與農(nóng)牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)、農(nóng)畜產(chǎn)品營銷和深加工合作一體化的大型農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)合作社脫穎而出,為內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)機(jī)化發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)牧業(yè)建設(shè)提供強(qiáng)有力支撐。
[Abstract]:The specialized cooperative of agricultural machinery is a new mode which combines the decentralized operators of agricultural machinery to realize the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural machinery and promote the development of agricultural modernization. In the construction of modern agriculture has an irreplaceable important position and role. This paper studies the development of agricultural machinery professional cooperation in Inner Mongolia, and analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives. This paper is divided into six parts: the background and significance of the introduction, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research design and so on; The first chapter mainly describes the concept, connotation and related theories of agricultural machinery cooperatives; The second chapter analyzes the general situation, related policies and main functions of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Cooperative. The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes in the development of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Cooperative. Chapter 4th puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects, such as enhancing the strategic height, strengthening the policy inclination, insisting on the market orientation, speeding up the land circulation, paying attention to the capacity-building, and innovating the development mode. Through the research of this paper, we hope to promote the long-term development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Inner Mongolia, and provide development ideas for its management and related functional departments. Learn from the experience, gradually build the Inner Mongolia Agricultural Machinery Cooperative larger scale, more complete function, better management, wider service, better operation, so that a number of agricultural and animal husbandry production. The large agricultural machinery cooperative with the integration of agricultural and livestock products marketing and deep processing cooperation stands out and provides strong support for the development of agricultural machinery and the construction of modern agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia.
