青島農(nóng)商銀行客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與信息化技術(shù)的大力普及與應(yīng)用,已成為我國各個行業(yè)進行市場開發(fā)、業(yè)績創(chuàng)收以及實現(xiàn)對客戶進行管理的重要手段。同時,對于銀行業(yè)而言在不斷進行自身改革與創(chuàng)新的同時,行業(yè)內(nèi)與行業(yè)外的競爭也在不斷的顯得日趨激烈。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的大力發(fā)展,金融業(yè)的環(huán)境也在發(fā)生著巨大的變化,銀行的業(yè)務(wù)模式隨之打破,面對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融帶來的沖擊,使得銀行業(yè)由以往只注重業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐钥蛻魹橹行牡陌l(fā)展模式。在進行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)中,本系統(tǒng)主要基于B/S構(gòu)架,采用ASP.NET技術(shù)與SQL Server2008R2數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用UML面向?qū)ο蠓椒?對系統(tǒng)進行全方位的研發(fā)。論文首先對系統(tǒng)的營銷管理、客戶管理、服務(wù)管理、統(tǒng)計管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、權(quán)限管理等六大模塊進行用例建模分析與用例描述分析,其次對系統(tǒng)的模塊與各個子功能模塊進行包圖、類圖以及順序圖設(shè)計,同時對農(nóng)商銀行的客戶關(guān)系的數(shù)據(jù)庫表進行屬性圖與數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計,最后對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊進行界面展示與操作流程圖以及部分關(guān)鍵代碼展示,通過測試該系統(tǒng)能夠勝任青島農(nóng)商銀行的客戶關(guān)系管理需求,系統(tǒng)具備較強的穩(wěn)定性和前瞻性。該系統(tǒng)通過對客戶貢獻情況分析、客戶構(gòu)成分析、客戶服務(wù)分析、以及客戶流失分析,為銀行管理層制定相應(yīng)的計劃調(diào)整提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)支持?傊,該系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)為青島農(nóng)商銀行開發(fā)新客戶、挖掘潛在客戶、服務(wù)老客戶提供更為快速的服務(wù),該系統(tǒng)也為其它商業(yè)銀行研發(fā)該系統(tǒng)提供必要的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The popularization and application of network technology and information technology has become an important means of market development, performance income generation and customer management in various industries of our country. For the banking industry in the continuous reform and innovation in their own at the same time, the industry and the industry outside the competition is also increasingly fierce. With the rapid development of the Internet. The environment of the financial industry is also undergoing tremendous changes, the banking business model has been broken, facing the impact of Internet finance. Make the banking industry from only focus on business development to the customer-centric development model. In the system design and implementation, the system is mainly based on the B / S framework. Adopt ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2008R2 database, adopt UML object-oriented method, carry on the omni-directional research and development to the system. Firstly, the thesis carries on the marketing management to the system. Customer management, service management, statistical management, basic data, authority management and other six modules of use case modeling analysis and use case description analysis, followed by the system modules and each sub-functional modules of the package diagram. Class diagram and sequence diagram design, at the same time, the database table of the customer relationship of the agricultural and commercial bank is designed with attribute diagram and database table. Finally, the interface of each functional module of the system and operation flow chart as well as some key code display, through testing the system can be competent for the customer relationship management requirements of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank. The system has strong stability and forward-looking. The system through customer contribution analysis, customer composition analysis, customer service analysis, and customer churn analysis. In a word, the research and development of the system can provide more rapid service for Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank to develop new customers, tap potential customers and serve old customers. The system also provides the necessary reference for other commercial banks to develop the system.
