【摘要】：近年來,我國傳統(tǒng)零售市場陷入持續(xù)的低迷之中。不管是百貨、超市還是家電,各類零售企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況都不容樂觀。與此形成對比的是,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的到來,人們生活的方方面面都受到了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的影響。在這種情況下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售企業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,對傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)造成了嚴(yán)重的沖擊。在這種內(nèi)憂外患的情況下,許多傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)開始尋求轉(zhuǎn)型。傳統(tǒng)零售如何整合現(xiàn)有資源,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的特點和優(yōu)勢,在營銷模式、經(jīng)營模式等方面進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略革新已成為一個必須研究的戰(zhàn)略課題。蘇寧云商從五年前開始探索傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的方法,經(jīng)過幾年的摸索,提出了云商模式,即“店商+電商+零售服務(wù)商”。蘇寧云商作為我國傳統(tǒng)家電零售行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),同時作為零售行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的先驅(qū)者,對其轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行研究,能夠為其他傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型提供寶貴的借鑒意義和參考價值。本文擬以蘇寧云商戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型為具體案例,搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),采用理論和實際相結(jié)合的方法,分析蘇寧云商戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的具體路徑,探究轉(zhuǎn)型的動因,利用平衡計分卡的框架評價轉(zhuǎn)型的績效,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)蘇寧云商轉(zhuǎn)型過程中的成功經(jīng)驗和存在的問題,最后為面臨轉(zhuǎn)型問題的傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)提出一些建議,以期能夠為處于轉(zhuǎn)型困擾中的傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)提供有益借鑒。分析的結(jié)果表明,蘇寧云商在顧客層面、內(nèi)部流程層面和學(xué)習(xí)與成長層面的表現(xiàn)不錯,然而由于受到行業(yè)不景氣和轉(zhuǎn)型“陣痛”的雙重影響,蘇寧云商的財務(wù)表現(xiàn)并不盡如人意,但是與同行業(yè)相比蘇寧云商的財務(wù)表現(xiàn)仍然處于行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's traditional retail market into a sustained downturn. Whether supermarkets or department stores, household appliances, various retail enterprises operating conditions are not optimistic. In contrast, with the advent of the Internet era, all aspects of people's lives are affected by the Internet. In this case, the rapid development of network retail enterprises, caused a serious impact on the traditional retail enterprise. In this case many domestic trouble and foreign invasion, the traditional retail enterprises began to seek transformation of traditional retail. How to integrate existing resources, combined with the characteristics of the Internet and the advantages of the mode in the marketing strategy, business model innovation has become a must to study strategic topics. Su ningyun began to explore the method of traditional retail business transformation from five years ago, after several years of exploration, put forward the cloud provider model, namely "stores + + retail service Taking "Su ningyun. As a traditional home appliance retail industry of China's leading enterprises, at the same time as the pioneer of retail industry restructuring, research on its transformation, can provide valuable reference and reference value for the transformation of other traditional retail enterprises. This paper intends to Su ningyun transformation strategy for the specific case, collect relevant data using the method of combining theory and practice, analysis of the specific path of Su ningyun transformation strategy, explore the reasons of transformation, using the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation framework of transformation, and then found the successful experience of Su ningyun transformation and the existing problems, finally puts forward some suggestions for the problems facing the transformation of the traditional retail business. In order to provide a reference for the transition of traditional retail enterprises. By the results of the analysis show that, Su Ningyun at the customer level, the internal process and learning level With the growing level of performance is good, however, are affected by the industry downturn and the transformation of "labor pains", the financial performance of Su ningyun is not satisfactory, but compared with the same industry financial performance of Su ningyun is still in the leading position in the industry.
