【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,城市生活節(jié)奏快、壓力大,再加上城市環(huán)境污染較重,人們?cè)絹碓较Ｍ诳臻e時(shí)間逃離城市,回歸鄉(xiāng)村。同時(shí),休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增加農(nóng)民收入和縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距具有重要意義,在政府的支持和市場(chǎng)需求下,得到較快發(fā)展,取得了一定的成績(jī)。但是同樣面臨著一些問題,需要引起我們的關(guān)注。棗莊市氣候條件十分優(yōu)越,地形多樣,農(nóng)業(yè)資源比較豐富,結(jié)合本地的民俗文化和歷史古跡,使得休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源開發(fā)價(jià)值較大,范圍較廣。近年來,棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速,出現(xiàn)了較為成功的“棗莊二日游”模式。然而,棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了令人擔(dān)憂的情況,能否滿足游客的需求,如何解決在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題,是本論文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文試圖利用ASEB柵格分析法,力求對(duì)影響休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的活動(dòng)、環(huán)境、體驗(yàn)、利益等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,以便找出目前棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,以及為如何解決這些問題提供思路。本文結(jié)構(gòu)上分為五大部分。第一部分,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法,對(duì)本文的研究背景、意義和目的進(jìn)行了說明,然后對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究成果概括總結(jié),提出本文研究的思路和方法。第二部分,筆者試圖對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概念進(jìn)行重新界定,然后對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,奠定了文章研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,主要分析棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展條件和目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四部分,也是文章的核心內(nèi)容部分,通過對(duì)調(diào)查問卷和訪談的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)合ASEB柵格進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析了棗莊市當(dāng)前休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及其產(chǎn)生的原因,為下一步找出解決方案奠定基礎(chǔ)。第五部分,主要根據(jù)ASEB柵格分析出現(xiàn)的問題,對(duì)棗莊市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)未來的發(fā)展提出一些針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。認(rèn)為要進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃,促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展；豐富產(chǎn)品的類型和結(jié)構(gòu),打破季節(jié)性局限；培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才,提高服務(wù)水平；開展多種方式營(yíng)銷宣傳活動(dòng),提高信息化水平；促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,提高休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度；發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用,加強(qiáng)扶持政策等以上幾個(gè)方面來促進(jìn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating process of city, city life rhythm fast, high pressure, coupled with the city environmental pollution is heavier, more and more people hope in their spare time to flee the city, returning to the country. At the same time, the development of leisure agriculture for the adjustment of agricultural structure, increasing farmers' income and has important significance for narrowing the gap between urban and rural, with the support of the government and the market demand, rapid development, and achieved certain results. But it also faces some problems, need to cause our attention. Zaozhuang climate condition is very superior, diverse terrain, rich in agricultural resources, combined with the local folk culture and historical monuments. The leisure agriculture resources development value in a wide range. In recent years, the development of leisure agriculture in Zaozhuang city is very fast, there is a successful two day tour of Zaozhuang. However, jujube Zhuang leisure agriculture in the development process also appeared in a worrying situation, can meet the needs of tourists, how to solve problems in the process of development, is the focus of this thesis. This paper tries to analyze the method of using the ASEB grid, and strive to influence on the development of leisure agriculture activities, environment, experience, four aspects of interest etc. a detailed analysis, in order to find out the current development of leisure agriculture in Zaozhuang City, and to provide ideas for how to solve these problems. This thesis consists of five parts. The first part, the main use of the literature method, the background of this study, purpose and significance are described, then the research results about the development of leisure agriculture a summary of domestic and abroad, put forward the ideas and methods of this research. The second part, the author tries to the concept of leisure agriculture to be re defined, related to leisure agriculture and The theory is discussed, laid the theoretical foundation of this research. The third part mainly analyzes the development condition of leisure agriculture in Zaozhuang and the present development situation. The fourth part, the core part is the content, through the questionnaire and interview analysis, combined with the detailed analysis of the advantages of ASEB grid, the development of agriculture in Zaozhuang the city leisure disadvantage, opportunities and challenges. And on this basis, summed up the reasons for the problems of leisure agriculture development in Zaozhuang city and the next step is to find solutions to lay the foundation. The fifth part is mainly based on ASEB grid analysis problems, the development of leisure agriculture in Zaozhuang City and puts forward some future specific suggestions. To carry out scientific planning, promoting sustainable development; rich product types and structures, break the seasonal limitation; cultivate professional talents, improve Service level; developing various ways of marketing and publicity activities, improving information level, promoting industrial agglomeration, improving the level of leisure agriculture industrialization, giving full play to the leading role of the government and strengthening supporting policies and so on, so as to promote the further development of leisure agriculture.
