【摘要】:2012年,國家電網(wǎng)公司全面推進“三集五大”體系建設,要求營銷各專業(yè)建成業(yè)務集約化、管理專業(yè)化、管控實時化的專業(yè)運行機制,總部營銷部根據(jù)方案要求,決定建設一體化大營銷管理平臺,實現(xiàn)營銷全業(yè)務的在線分析管控和營銷數(shù)據(jù)資源的統(tǒng)一管理和統(tǒng)籌應用。2013年,客戶服務中心、運營監(jiān)測中心等專業(yè)支撐和管控部門相繼成立,總部各項營銷業(yè)務支撐系統(tǒng)開發(fā)需求相繼下發(fā),大數(shù)據(jù)技術研發(fā)團隊組建完成,營銷數(shù)據(jù)一級共享需求已逐步凸顯,建立統(tǒng)一的營銷數(shù)據(jù)中心已成為當前營銷信息建設的工作重點,也是大數(shù)據(jù)技術發(fā)展的關鍵基礎。本文主要探討總部和省市公司兩級營銷基礎數(shù)據(jù)平臺設計原則、關鍵技術和物理架構,完成營銷主數(shù)據(jù)、共享數(shù)據(jù)和交換數(shù)據(jù)模型設計,完成系統(tǒng)架構和物理架構設計,實現(xiàn)營銷業(yè)務應用、營銷稽查監(jiān)控、用電信息采集等營銷相關信息化系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)接入、存儲轉換等功能,實現(xiàn)營銷基礎業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)集中管理,提高公司營銷業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)管控和應用。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the State Grid Company comprehensively promoted the construction of the "three sets and five" system, and required all marketing majors to build a professional operation mechanism of business intensification, management specialization, and real-time control. According to the project requirements, the headquarters marketing department decided to build an integrated marketing management platform to realize the online analysis, control and management of marketing data resources and the unified management and application of marketing data resources. 2013. Customer service center, operations monitoring center and other professional support and control departments have been established, headquarters marketing business support system development needs have been issued, big data technical research and development team completed. The demand for the sharing of marketing data has been gradually highlighted, and the establishment of a unified marketing data center has become the focus of the current marketing information construction. It is also the key foundation of big data technology development. This paper mainly discusses the design principle, key technology and physical structure of the basic marketing data platform at headquarters and provincial and municipal companies, and completes the marketing master data. Share data and exchange data model design, complete the system architecture and physical architecture design, achieve marketing business applications, marketing monitoring, electricity information collection and other marketing related information system data access. Storage conversion and other functions to achieve centralized management of marketing basic business data, improve the management and application of company marketing business data.
