【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的浪潮影響下,各國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)連接日漸緊密,這也促進(jìn)了國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,特別是非洲、東南亞與中東的市場(chǎng)更是發(fā)展驚人。中交四航局是一家具備港口和航道工程總承包特等資質(zhì)的知名的大型建筑公司,在國(guó)際工程承包領(lǐng)域已有三十多年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。中交四航局在這三十多年的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,海外業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展上已初具規(guī)模,并獲得了不錯(cuò)的成績(jī),更關(guān)鍵的是在國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目上積累到了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外,我國(guó)對(duì)外工程承包領(lǐng)域在中國(guó)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的努力推動(dòng)下也得到了迅猛發(fā)展。行業(yè)面臨如此良好發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,中交四航局務(wù)必要把握戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇使其海外業(yè)務(wù)更上一層樓。但是,往往機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)是共存的,在新時(shí)代的新環(huán)境下,中交四航局對(duì)其所處的外在環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)胤治?對(duì)制訂與發(fā)展中交四航局的海外戰(zhàn)略起著重要意義。本文的研究的主要內(nèi)容為中交四航局的國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù),針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外法律、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及建筑等市場(chǎng)外部環(huán)境的差異,運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析、規(guī)范分析及對(duì)比探討的方法對(duì)企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相對(duì)深入的研究。首先通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)目前現(xiàn)狀的分析,盡量總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、找尋差距;其次分析企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)將面對(duì)的外在宏觀環(huán)境,使其在發(fā)展環(huán)境中存在的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅更清晰;接著,分析企業(yè)內(nèi)在實(shí)力,明白企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。厘清企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展方向、目標(biāo)與戰(zhàn)略要點(diǎn),并根據(jù)分析公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,規(guī)劃企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)的總體發(fā)展,對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的制訂要求突出差異化。從業(yè)務(wù)差異化、管理經(jīng)營(yíng)差異化、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)差異化與市場(chǎng)多元化四個(gè)方面提出了具體戰(zhàn)略。為更好執(zhí)行該戰(zhàn)略,文章給出了保障措施的具體操作,包含:優(yōu)化組織框架、吸引國(guó)際化人才、設(shè)立績(jī)效評(píng)測(cè)體系、加大國(guó)際項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制力度和重新打造國(guó)際化公司文化。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the tide of economic globalization, the economic connection of various countries becomes more and more close, which also promotes the rapid development of the international project contracting market, especially in Africa. The markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East are even more strikingly developed. SIAC is a well-known large construction company with special qualifications for port and waterway projects. In the field of international engineering contracting has more than 30 years of experience. In the 30 years of development process, overseas business development has begun to take shape, and has obtained good results. More crucially, it has accumulated valuable experience in international engineering projects. Under the push of China's "going out" strategy, China's foreign engineering contracting field has also developed rapidly, and the industry is facing such a good momentum of development. The CAAC must seize the strategic opportunity to enhance its overseas business. However, opportunities and challenges often coexist. In the new era, the Sinotrans fourth Airlines Bureau synthesizes the external environment in which it is located. Rigorous analysis plays an important role in the formulation and development of the overseas strategy of the four airlines bureau. The main content of this paper is the international engineering contracting business of the four airlines bureau, aiming at the domestic and foreign laws. The difference of external environment of economy and construction market, using empirical analysis. Normative analysis and comparative discussion of the enterprise international project contracting business strategic issues are relatively in-depth study. Firstly, through the analysis of the current situation of the enterprise international project contracting business, try to sum up the experience. Looking for gaps; Secondly, it analyzes the external macro environment that enterprises will face in the international project contracting business, so as to make the opportunities and threats that exist in the development environment more clear. Then, analyze the internal strength of the enterprise, understand the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, clarify the development direction, objectives and strategic points of the enterprise international engineering contracting business, and analyze the internal and external environment of the company. To plan the overall development of the international engineering contracting business of the enterprise, it is necessary to make the competitive strategy to highlight the differentiation, from the business differentiation to the management differentiation. Four aspects of marketing differentiation and market diversification put forward specific strategies. In order to better implement the strategy, the article gives the specific operation of safeguard measures, including: optimizing the organizational framework to attract international talent. Set up performance evaluation system, strengthen risk control of international projects and rebuild international corporate culture.
