【摘要】：“國以農(nóng)為本、農(nóng)以種為先”,種子是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的第一要素,是農(nóng)業(yè)芯片。優(yōu)質(zhì)的種子是保障國家糧食安全、糧食穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民增效的第一道關(guān)口。面對激烈而復(fù)雜的市場競爭和國際大型種子企業(yè)的進(jìn)入威脅,我國種業(yè)企業(yè)制定合適的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和加強戰(zhàn)略管理是必須面對的。處在變革期的國內(nèi)種業(yè)行業(yè)來說,如何抓住機遇,制定和選擇正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,明確發(fā)展目標(biāo),已勢在必行。本文運用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論知識和分析工具,對KF種業(yè)公司這一行業(yè)內(nèi)比較有代表性的種業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了研究和分析,并提出了四大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。在本文的研究中,首先對國內(nèi)、外的研究現(xiàn)狀做了綜述,總結(jié)了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論知識,列舉了戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具,以戰(zhàn)略理論為基礎(chǔ),運用相關(guān)工具進(jìn)行全面分析。重點是針對KF種業(yè)公司的基本情況,運用PEST分析、波特五力模型等工具從宏觀環(huán)境分析企業(yè)所面臨的外部環(huán)境情況,從KF種業(yè)公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析公司的資源和能力,指出公司存在的問題。通過這部分分析,運用SWOT戰(zhàn)略選擇分析工具,為KF種業(yè)公司的發(fā)展匹配了“育、繁、推一體化戰(zhàn)略、并購重組戰(zhàn)略、走出去戰(zhàn)略、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+種業(yè)服務(wù)營銷戰(zhàn)略”等四大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時從KF種業(yè)的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、人力資源、企業(yè)管理和風(fēng)險控制等方面對KF種業(yè)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行實施,并提出了保障措施。論文的研究成果對于KF種業(yè)公司具有較強的可操作性,筆者也希望通過本文的研究,能夠?qū)π袠I(yè)內(nèi)其他公司的發(fā)展提供一定的參考,為我國發(fā)展現(xiàn)代種業(yè),振興民族種業(yè)的世界品牌有所貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:"the country is based on agriculture, and agriculture is the first of its kind." seed is the first factor in agricultural production, and it is an agricultural chip. High quality seeds are to ensure national food security, grain production is stable, and production increases. In the face of fierce and complex market competition and the threat of entry of large international seed enterprises, the first pass of increasing efficiency of farmers is faced with. It is necessary for Chinese seed industry enterprises to formulate appropriate enterprise development strategy and strengthen strategic management. For the domestic seed industry industry in the period of change, how to seize the opportunity to formulate and choose the correct development strategy. It is imperative to make clear the development goal. This article uses the strategic management related theory knowledge and the analysis tool, has carried on the research and the analysis to the KF seed company, this profession has the representative seed industry enterprise. And put forward four development strategies and strategic implementation of the safeguard measures. In this study, first of all, the domestic and foreign research status quo is summarized, summed up the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise strategic management. Enumerates the strategic management analysis tools, based on the strategic theory, using related tools for comprehensive analysis. The emphasis is on the basic situation of KF seed companies, the use of PEST analysis. Porter's five-force model and other tools from the macro environment analysis of the external environment faced by enterprises, from the KF seed company internal environment analysis of the company's resources and capabilities, pointed out the company's problems. Through this part of the analysis. By using the SWOT strategy choice analysis tool, the paper matches the development of KF seed company with the strategy of integration, merger and acquisition, and going out. At the same time, it carries out KF seed industry strategy from research and development, production, sales, human resources, enterprise management and risk control of KF seed industry. And put forward the safeguard measures. The research results of this paper have strong operability for KF seed companies. The author also hopes to provide some reference for the development of other companies in the industry through the research of this paper. For our country to develop the modern seed industry, revitalizing the national seed industry of the world brand has contributed.
