【摘要】：使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的用戶所涵蓋的年齡段越來越寬，兒童用戶成為日漸龐大的使用群體，，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)者們也漸漸感受到了兒童作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)特殊群體的巨大效益。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的方便快捷，使得兒童接觸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的年齡越來越小，豐富多樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體給兒童的生活添加了許多的樂趣和幫助。 但網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信息內(nèi)容龐大，且內(nèi)容復(fù)雜，大部分信息并不適合兒童閱讀；同時(shí)，大部分的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體界面操作是按照成年人的生理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的，這種設(shè)計(jì)的初衷就并沒有考慮兒童操作的可行性，兒童用戶需要的是更為專業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體。那么，在通過分析兒童的特征和需求之后，探討兒童使用體驗(yàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體界面設(shè)計(jì)，得出相對的設(shè)計(jì)操作流程，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)更有針對性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體是十分有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。 本課題主要以兒童體驗(yàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體作為研究對象，通過對國內(nèi)外大量網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的對比分析，結(jié)合兒童的特殊生理和心理特征，從人性化設(shè)計(jì)方法的角度出發(fā)，著重對兒童的多種體驗(yàn)方式進(jìn)行研究總結(jié)。 在第一章節(jié)中，主要是分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體對兒童用戶可能造成的影響，案例分析過后，得出當(dāng)前兒童使用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體存在的哪些問題。第二章從人性化設(shè)計(jì)的角度出發(fā)，針對兒童用戶制定適合的人性化設(shè)計(jì)方法，添加用戶行為的需求設(shè)計(jì)。在第三章具體分析兒童生理和心理特征，以及兒童網(wǎng)民特殊年齡階段的閱讀需求。到第四章內(nèi)容，分析得出地具體設(shè)計(jì)活動中應(yīng)該達(dá)到的設(shè)計(jì)原則和目標(biāo)，在這些原則和目標(biāo)之下，從視覺、聽覺、觸覺等多方位體驗(yàn)的角度，制定出兒童用戶體驗(yàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體界面設(shè)計(jì)原理。
[Abstract]:The age range of users using network media is getting wider and wider, and children users have become a growing number of users. Design developers have also gradually realized the enormous benefits of children as special groups in the network. The convenience and quickness of the network media make the children contact with the network younger and younger. The rich and diverse network media have added a lot of fun and help to the children's life. But the network information content is huge, and the content is complex, most of the information is not suitable for children to read; At the same time, most of the Internet media interface operations are designed according to the physiological characteristics of adults. The original intention of this design is not to consider the feasibility of children's operation. What children users need is more professional network media. Then, after analyzing the characteristics and needs of children, it is of great practical significance to discuss the design of network media interface of children's experience, to draw a relative design and operation process, and to design and develop more targeted network media. This subject mainly takes the network media of children's experience as the research object, through the comparative analysis of a large number of network media at home and abroad, combined with the children's special physiological and psychological characteristics, from the point of view of humanized design method, Focus on the children's experience of a variety of ways to summarize the study. In the first chapter, we mainly analyze the possible impact of network media on children's users. After the case analysis, we can find out what problems exist in the current network media used by children. In the second chapter, from the point of view of humanization design, a suitable humanization design method is made for children's users, and the requirement design of user's behavior is added. In the third chapter, we analyze the children's physiological and psychological characteristics, and the reading needs of children's netizens in the special age stage. To the fourth chapter, the design principles and objectives that should be achieved in the concrete design activities are analyzed. Under these principles and objectives, from the perspective of multi-dimensional experience such as vision, hearing, tactile and so on, Draw up the design principle of network media interface for children's user experience.
