【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程,更注重知識(shí)在其發(fā)展中的作用,知識(shí)已經(jīng)成為一種重要的資源。提高知識(shí)共享和知識(shí)協(xié)同的效用,加強(qiáng)知識(shí)在組織內(nèi)部與組織之間的流動(dòng)與溝通,最終促進(jìn)企業(yè)的知識(shí)創(chuàng)新與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭優(yōu)勢(shì),增加企業(yè)收益。尤其在Web2.0時(shí)代,Web2.0環(huán)境下知識(shí)更加具有可及性、豐富性與高速傳播的特性,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展更使得各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具深入到人們的日常生活中,更是加速了信息與知識(shí)在人們之間進(jìn)行傳播、交流、共享。而民營醫(yī)院作為一種特殊的企業(yè),它在我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制與衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療環(huán)境下與公立醫(yī)院之間存在很大的競(jìng)爭,尤其是民營醫(yī)院在我國發(fā)展的時(shí)間并不長,還沒有形成一套成熟的發(fā)展模式,道路依舊在探索中,近些年來,民營醫(yī)院在它的管理中也逐漸重視知識(shí)管理,發(fā)揮知識(shí)在其管理中的作用。因此對(duì)于民營醫(yī)院管理中的知識(shí)管理的研究也越來越受到關(guān)注。 本文將對(duì)民營醫(yī)院管理的研究重點(diǎn)放在了醫(yī)院內(nèi)部成員之間在Web2.0環(huán)境下所形成的知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型結(jié)構(gòu)的有效性與穩(wěn)定性。文章以Web2.0環(huán)境下的民營醫(yī)院內(nèi)部知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)Web2.0、國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療事業(yè)發(fā)展、知識(shí)協(xié)同、知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀與理論進(jìn)行了綜述,為全文的研究奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ),并且在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了民營醫(yī)院內(nèi)部在Web2.0環(huán)境下知識(shí)協(xié)同產(chǎn)生的必然性以及知識(shí)協(xié)同過程進(jìn)行了描述,同時(shí)提出了在Web2.0環(huán)境下醫(yī)院內(nèi)部知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)的模型構(gòu)建,包括了構(gòu)建的方法與原則。接著使用實(shí)證分析的方法,利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的方法對(duì)R醫(yī)院在Web2.0平臺(tái)上形成的知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型結(jié)構(gòu)利用相關(guān)參數(shù)值進(jìn)行了分析,并且驗(yàn)證了該網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的小世界性質(zhì),論證了在Web2.0環(huán)境下該醫(yī)院所形成的知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于醫(yī)院內(nèi)部成員之間的知識(shí)傳播是有著促進(jìn)作用的。最后在R醫(yī)院知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了Web2.0環(huán)境下醫(yī)院內(nèi)部知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效性與穩(wěn)定性的影響因素,并針對(duì)這些影響因素提出了一系列建議。 本文認(rèn)為醫(yī)院在其知識(shí)管理中應(yīng)該重視該Web2.0環(huán)境為知識(shí)協(xié)同帶來積極作用,發(fā)揮知識(shí)的協(xié)同效用就是深化知識(shí)的共享、轉(zhuǎn)移、吸收和創(chuàng)新的過程,而其過程在為醫(yī)院帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí)也加強(qiáng)了醫(yī)院內(nèi)部的文化建設(shè),加深了醫(yī)院內(nèi)部成員之間的溝通交流,增強(qiáng)了醫(yī)院的整體凝聚力。同時(shí),由于Web2.0環(huán)境下醫(yī)院內(nèi)部與知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)的動(dòng)態(tài)性,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)處于變化之中,因此醫(yī)院要維持知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)的有效性與穩(wěn)定性,就需要及時(shí)的針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)整。本文以Web2.0環(huán)境為研究背景,醫(yī)院內(nèi)部的知識(shí)協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)為研究對(duì)象,為民營醫(yī)院的知識(shí)管理理論以及實(shí)踐方面提出了一些自己的觀點(diǎn),希望可以在民營醫(yī)院的發(fā)展道路上為其提供有效的幫助。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises pay more attention to the role of knowledge in the process of development, knowledge has become an important resource. Improving the utility of knowledge sharing and knowledge coordination, strengthening the flow and communication of knowledge within and between organizations, finally promoting the knowledge innovation and technological innovation of enterprises, enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises, and increasing the profits of enterprises. Especially in the Web2.0 era, knowledge has more accessibility, richness and high speed transmission in the Web2.0 environment. With the rapid development of network information technology, all kinds of network platforms and network tools have penetrated into people's daily life. It also speeds up the dissemination, exchange and sharing of information and knowledge among people. Private hospitals, as a special enterprise, have great competition with public hospitals under the economic system and health care environment of our country, especially the development of private hospitals in our country for a short time. In recent years, private hospitals in its management also gradually attach importance to knowledge management, play the role of knowledge in its management. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the research of knowledge management in private hospital management. This paper focuses on the effectiveness and stability of the knowledge cooperative network structure formed between the members of the hospital in the Web2.0 environment. This article takes the knowledge cooperation network of the private hospital under the environment of Web2.0 as the research object. Firstly, it summarizes the research status and theory of the development of medical enterprise, knowledge collaboration, knowledge network and small-world network at home and abroad in Web2.0,. It lays a certain theoretical foundation for the research of this paper, and on this basis, it puts forward the inevitability of knowledge coordination and the process of knowledge coordination in private hospitals under the environment of Web2.0. At the same time, the model of knowledge cooperation network in hospital under Web2.0 environment is put forward, including the method and principle of construction. Then using the method of empirical analysis and using the method of social network analysis, the paper analyzes the structure of knowledge cooperative network model formed on Web2.0 platform in R hospital, and verifies the small world nature of the network structure. It is demonstrated that the knowledge cooperative network formed by the hospital under the environment of Web2.0 can promote the knowledge transmission among the members of the hospital. Finally, on the basis of the related parameters of R hospital knowledge cooperative network structure, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the effectiveness and stability of the hospital knowledge cooperative network under the Web2.0 environment, and puts forward a series of suggestions for these influencing factors. This paper holds that hospitals should attach importance to the Web2.0 environment in their knowledge management and bring positive effects to knowledge coordination. The process of deepening knowledge sharing, transferring, absorbing and innovating is to exert the synergetic effect of knowledge. The process not only brings economic benefits to the hospital, but also strengthens the cultural construction inside the hospital, deepens the communication and exchanges among the members of the hospital, and strengthens the cohesion of the hospital as a whole. At the same time, because of the dynamic nature of hospital internal and knowledge cooperative network in Web2.0 environment, its network structure is changing, so the hospital should maintain the effectiveness and stability of knowledge collaborative network. It is necessary to adjust the network structure in time. This paper takes the Web2.0 environment as the research background, the knowledge cooperation network within the hospital as the research object, and puts forward some views for the knowledge management theory and practice of the private hospital. Hope to provide effective help in the development of private hospitals.
