【摘要】：幼兒階段的教育是奠定幼兒學(xué)習(xí)和身心發(fā)展的最初階段,也是最為重要的階段。隨著家長(zhǎng)和幼兒園對(duì)學(xué)前幼兒教育的意識(shí)不斷提高,幼兒的教育越來(lái)越趨向于合理化和科學(xué)化,由此而產(chǎn)生了幼兒園辦公系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用。幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)生,大大改善了幼兒管理較為混亂的現(xiàn)象。幼兒教育管理系統(tǒng)通過(guò)教育教學(xué)的計(jì)劃對(duì)校園的日常管理工作進(jìn)行科學(xué)的安排,同時(shí)減少了幼兒園的工作量,提高了工作效率。然而,幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)的信息化程度是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不足的,近年來(lái),發(fā)生多起校園虐待兒童事件,家長(zhǎng)不免對(duì)于園所的教育方式和孩子的生活情況擔(dān)憂(yōu),而信息的不公開(kāi)、不透明也為幼兒管理造成了諸多困難,在這種形勢(shì)下,加強(qiáng)幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)的信息化建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行,而本文的研究就是根據(jù)現(xiàn)有幼兒園管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能模塊的補(bǔ)充,以達(dá)到幼兒管理信息的全面化和公開(kāi)化,促進(jìn)家園共育中家園溝通與和諧發(fā)展。在本文的研究中首先在分析整個(gè)幼兒管理系統(tǒng),根據(jù)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)存在的信息盲點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整理和匯總,然后將這些需要改良或增加的功能體現(xiàn)到系統(tǒng)的新增模塊中,新的系統(tǒng)功能模塊的功能拓展是目前信息化程度不足的而又是亟待開(kāi)發(fā)的,針對(duì)模塊的功能拓展在技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和操作可行性上都得到了很好的驗(yàn)證。所以在川迪幼兒園信息管理系統(tǒng)的模塊功能基礎(chǔ)上。進(jìn)行了家園共育模塊功能的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)。在川迪幼兒園信息管理系統(tǒng)中的幼兒園管理功能可以對(duì)幼兒以及家長(zhǎng)信息和課程及繳費(fèi)信息的詳細(xì)錄入,涵蓋了整個(gè)管理系統(tǒng)中幼兒信息的各個(gè)方面,而家園共育模塊是幼兒生活學(xué)習(xí)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)膳食以及日常表現(xiàn)的綜合信息,也是家長(zhǎng)最想了解的幼兒信息,而家長(zhǎng)如何獲得這些信息也是本次研究的關(guān)鍵。在本文的設(shè)計(jì)研究中,采用了微信公眾號(hào)作為家園共育移動(dòng)端的實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái),由于微信的傳遞信息更為及時(shí)、讀取信息更為便捷,是一種實(shí)時(shí)的信息傳達(dá),操作和實(shí)現(xiàn)的難度都不大,只要在川迪幼兒園信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)好數(shù)據(jù)交互的接口,通過(guò)Web service進(jìn)行信息交互即可。再對(duì)家長(zhǎng)微信端的功能菜單進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的開(kāi)發(fā),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)基于微信的家園共育平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The early childhood education is the initial stage and the most important stage to lay the children's learning and physical and mental development. With the increasing awareness of preschool children's education in parents and kindergartens, the education of children is becoming more and more rational and scientific. Thus, the development and application of kindergarten office system have been produced. The birth of the system has greatly improved the confusion of the management of children. The children's education management system makes scientific arrangements for the daily management of the campus through the plan of education and teaching, at the same time it reduces the workload of the kindergarten and improves the efficiency of the work. However, the informatization degree of the kindergarten management system is far from enough, in recent years, There are many incidents of child abuse on campus. Parents are worried about the way of education and the life of the children, but the information is not open, and the opaque also causes many difficulties for the management of children. In this situation, it is necessary to strengthen the information construction of the kindergarten management system, and the research of this article is based on the existing children. The garden management system is supplemented by functional modules to achieve comprehensive and open children's management information and promote home communication and harmonious development. In this study, the whole children management system is analyzed, and the information blind spots existing in the existing system are arranged and summarized, and then these needs are improved or increased. The function of the added function is reflected in the new module of the system. The function expansion of the new system function module is insufficient at present but needs to be developed urgently. The function expansion of the module has been well verified in the technology, economy and operation feasibility. So the function base of the module in the information management system of Chuan Di kindergarten In the information management system of Chuan Di kindergarten, the function of kindergarten management in the information management system can include information and information of children and parents and the information of payment. It covers all aspects of children's information in the whole management system, and the module of home education is the study of children's life and nutrition. The comprehensive information of diet and daily performance is also the information that parents want to understand most, and how parents get these information is also the key to this study. In this design study, the WeChat public number is used as the platform to realize the mobile terminal of homestead co education. Since WeChat's transmission information is more timely, the reading information is more convenient. Czechoslovakia is a kind of real-time information transmission, and the difficulty of operation and realization is not great. As long as the interface of data interaction is designed well in the information management system of Chuan Di kindergarten, the information interaction can be carried out through Web service. Then the functional menu of parents WeChat end is developed accordingly, and the platform of home breeding based on WeChat is realized.
