【摘要】：基于Web的ERP財(cái)務(wù)總帳管理系統(tǒng)以憑證處理為中心,進(jìn)行賬簿報(bào)表的管理,并定期核算總賬、明細(xì)賬、分類賬等財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,提供完整的財(cái)務(wù)管理核算及分析過程,及時(shí)反映企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)和現(xiàn)金活動(dòng)狀況,供企業(yè)進(jìn)行經(jīng)營分析和決策支持;同時(shí)該系統(tǒng)又是ERP賬務(wù)系統(tǒng)的核心系統(tǒng),與企業(yè)采購、銷售、庫存等系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系緊密。本論文首先介紹了基于Web的ERP財(cái)務(wù)總賬系統(tǒng)的研究背景,對(duì)所需要解決的問題進(jìn)行了概述,討論了項(xiàng)目的研究意義與重要性。然后提出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,給出各個(gè)模塊的用例圖。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了概要設(shè)計(jì)與詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),包括系統(tǒng)管理模塊、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊、憑證管理模塊、財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊以及查詢報(bào)表模塊,給出了各個(gè)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖及類圖,詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。最后根據(jù)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)給出系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。論文最后總結(jié)了近幾年ERP財(cái)務(wù)總賬管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,論述了在軟件應(yīng)用測(cè)試中遇到的問題并且展望了財(cái)務(wù)總賬信息化的前景。
[Abstract]:The ERP financial general ledger management system based on Web takes the voucher processing as the center, carries on the account book report management, and regularly accounts the general ledger, the detailed account, the ledger and so on financial statements, provides the complete financial management accounting and the analysis process, The system is the core system of ERP accounting system, which is closely related to enterprise purchasing, sales, inventory and other systems. This paper first introduces the research background of ERP financial ledger system based on Web, summarizes the problems that need to be solved, and discusses the significance and importance of the project. Then the design goal of the system is put forward, and the detailed analysis of the system is carried out, and the use case diagram of each module is given. In the system design, the general design and detailed design of the system, including the system management module, basic data management module, certificate management module, financial management module and query report module, The business flow chart and class diagram of each module are given, and the design content is described in detail. Finally, the implementation of the system is given according to the detailed design, and the system is tested. Finally, the paper summarizes the development of ERP financial ledger management system in recent years, discusses the problems encountered in the software application test, and looks forward to the prospect of financial general ledger informatization.
