文章摘要：從移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所處的信息生態(tài)環(huán)境入手，在對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)隱性知識共享影響因素的相關(guān)文獻進行歸納分析的基礎上，運用問卷調(diào)查和實證研究的方法，采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型，收集企業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，以驗證構(gòu)建的概念模型。本文的研究，在理論層面為隱性知識共享影響因素的分析提供新的概念模型，從而深化信息生態(tài)理論在實踐中的應用；在應用層面為企業(yè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的隱性知識共享提供相關(guān)的管理理念和保障機制建設等方面的指導，從而可以針對性地在關(guān)鍵技術(shù)領(lǐng)域制定相應的措施，促進我國企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心技術(shù)發(fā)展。，，

Abstr：Tacit knowledge whose sharing can promote the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises is an important strategic resource of enterprises in the sustainable development. Using questionnaire and empirical research and combining the relevant data of new energy automotive industry, this paper verified the associated assumptions with struc- tural equation model from the perspective of information ecological environment based on the inductive analysis of papers themed in tacit knowledge sharing factors domestic and foreign. At the theoretical level, this paper developed the applica- tion of information ecology theory in practice with the conceptual model of tacit knowledge sharing factors. At the applica- tion level, this paper provided enterprises with guidance of management philosophy and safeguard mechanism in the tacit knowledge sharing of key technology areas. So enterprises can develop appropriate measures in the key technology areas pertinently to promote the development of core technology.
