【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)設(shè)備的智能化、專業(yè)化程度越來越高,設(shè)備故障診斷技術(shù)在保障安全生產(chǎn)、設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定運行等方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,F(xiàn)代工業(yè)和制造業(yè)需要信息技術(shù)的支撐,隨著故障診斷技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷融合,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的遠(yuǎn)程診斷系統(tǒng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中的一個重要標(biāo)志。加強(qiáng)對設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢測和故障診斷對提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率具有重要的實際意義。而企業(yè)系統(tǒng)的不斷復(fù)雜化和學(xué)科的精細(xì)化,使得單個企業(yè)或?qū)W科已經(jīng)無法解決所有的問題;同時設(shè)備故障診斷技術(shù)涉及的資源也越來越豐富,數(shù)據(jù)量日益龐大,需要大量的科學(xué)計算和工作經(jīng)驗支持,這些都對網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)提出了更高的要求。近年來為了使遠(yuǎn)程診斷系統(tǒng)更加符合企業(yè)的需求,許多新技術(shù)被應(yīng)用到遠(yuǎn)程診斷系統(tǒng)中。云計算是一種全新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)模式,將云計算技術(shù)應(yīng)用到遠(yuǎn)程診斷系統(tǒng)中,可以為設(shè)備的故障診斷提供更好的解決方案和技術(shù)支持。 本文設(shè)計了一種基于云服務(wù)的針對智能設(shè)備的故障診斷系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),將故障診斷系統(tǒng)的所有計算、分析和存儲等任務(wù)交由云端來完成,云端再將處理后的結(jié)果通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)反饋給用戶,系統(tǒng)具有靈活性高、成本低、可擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)等特點。由于系統(tǒng)的所有數(shù)據(jù)都存儲在云端,為了簡化用戶和應(yīng)用程序?qū)υ贫藬?shù)據(jù)的操作過程,更好地實現(xiàn)對設(shè)備故障診斷過程中文件的存儲和查詢等操作,文章設(shè)計了一種基于云存儲服務(wù)的文件系統(tǒng),使用文件系統(tǒng)的方式對云端數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行管理。該文件系統(tǒng)完成了云存儲服務(wù)接口和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件系統(tǒng)接口之間的轉(zhuǎn)換,使用戶和應(yīng)用程序可以像操作本地文件一樣直接操作云端數(shù)據(jù)。論文最后對實現(xiàn)的原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試,并對測試結(jié)果和系統(tǒng)性能做了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern industrial technology and the intelligence and specialization of enterprise equipment, equipment fault diagnosis technology is ensuring safe production. The stable operation of equipment is playing an increasingly important role. Modern industry and manufacturing need the support of information technology, with the continuous integration of fault diagnosis technology and network technology, The remote diagnosis system based on network has become an important symbol in modern enterprises. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the condition detection and fault diagnosis of equipment to improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Hybrid and disciplinary refinement, At the same time, equipment fault diagnosis technology involves more and more resources, and the amount of data is increasing, which requires a lot of scientific calculation and work experience support. In recent years, many new technologies have been applied to remote diagnosis systems in order to meet the needs of enterprises. Cloud computing is a new network service model. The application of cloud computing technology to remote diagnosis system can provide better solutions and technical support for fault diagnosis of devices. In this paper, a fault diagnosis system architecture for intelligent devices based on cloud service is designed. All the tasks of computing, analysis and storage of the fault diagnosis system are handed over to the cloud to complete. The system has the advantages of high flexibility, low cost, strong expansibility and so on. Because all the data of the system are stored in the cloud, all the data of the system are stored in the cloud. In order to simplify the operation process of user and application to cloud data and realize the file storage and query in the process of equipment fault diagnosis, a file system based on cloud storage service is designed in this paper. Manage cloud data using a file system that converts the cloud storage service interface to the standard file system interface. Users and applications can directly manipulate cloud data as local files. Finally, the prototype system is tested, and the test results and system performance are analyzed.
