稻谷生產(chǎn)對(duì)柬埔寨農(nóng)村家庭支出的影響

水稻生產(chǎn)在柬埔寨農(nóng)村家庭面臨許多問題,包括缺乏灌溉基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、缺乏資金、技術(shù)含量低、市場(chǎng)價(jià)格低、缺乏新品種、農(nóng)業(yè)土地占有率低以及許多其他社會(huì)因素。因此,本研究主要針對(duì)以下四個(gè)方面:(1)使用擴(kuò)展線性支出(ELES)模型探索農(nóng)民家庭的生活支出,(2)使用“近乎理想的需求系統(tǒng)(AIDS)”分析柬埔寨農(nóng)村地區(qū)的家庭食品消費(fèi)模型;(3)使用Cobb-Douglas生產(chǎn)和成本生產(chǎn)函數(shù)確定影響水稻生產(chǎn)的因素;(4)確定生產(chǎn)的制約因素和挑戰(zhàn),以增加水稻產(chǎn)量和家庭收入。本研究中分析的數(shù)據(jù)是通過對(duì)柬埔寨三個(gè)省份進(jìn)行的農(nóng)戶家庭調(diào)查獲得的。通過隨機(jī)抽樣,隨機(jī)選擇了240個(gè)農(nóng)戶。數(shù)據(jù)收集涵蓋了農(nóng)村農(nóng)民的多個(gè)方面,包括家庭條件、農(nóng)業(yè)收入、日常支出、稻米生產(chǎn)投入和農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)信息。在收集數(shù)據(jù)之前,先聯(lián)系地方當(dāng)局(地區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和村莊的負(fù)責(zé)人),然后與農(nóng)戶和利益相關(guān)方進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的訪談。結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)民的家庭生活支出(如食品、衛(wèi)生、教育、衣服、住房、交通、燃料和設(shè)備)在1%的水平上顯著。當(dāng)價(jià)格上漲1%時(shí),食品、衛(wèi)生、教育、衣服、住房、交通、燃料和設(shè)備的價(jià)格分別上漲0.058%、0.013%、0.018%、0.012%、0.019...
