【摘要】：信息化技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的今天,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)辦公,信息化技術(shù)來提高效率已經(jīng)滲透到各行各業(yè)當(dāng)中,信息化技術(shù)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。教學(xué)研究管理是曲靖師范學(xué)院日常工作的一個(gè)重心,學(xué)校相關(guān)工作繁雜多變,涉及的部門和人員較多。因此,高校的信息化管理就顯得非常重要,一個(gè)學(xué)校教學(xué)研究和教務(wù)管理的效率在很大程度上面取決于該校信息化技術(shù)水平。在該系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的技術(shù)層面上,借鑒了諸多成熟的類似系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu),最終確定采用MVC開發(fā)模式、B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),開源便捷框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)來對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),并且基于該系統(tǒng)安全性考慮,采用了使用較為廣泛、安全性較高的SQL Server 2012關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫來儲(chǔ)存該系統(tǒng)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容。在該系統(tǒng)的功能層面上,該系統(tǒng)良好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)之初各項(xiàng)需求功能,教研辦公業(yè)務(wù)功能、包含查看通知功能、查看文件功能、教改文摘功能。項(xiàng)目申報(bào)與評審業(yè)務(wù)功能,包含填報(bào)項(xiàng)目功能、添加校內(nèi)/非校內(nèi)老師功能、項(xiàng)目提交功能、我的申報(bào)功能、申報(bào)項(xiàng)目審核功能、申報(bào)項(xiàng)目提交功能、查看項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)通知功能、填寫評審功能、提交評審功能、查看會(huì)評功能、打印評審結(jié)果功能。項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)功能,包含填報(bào)任務(wù)書功能、提交中期進(jìn)展報(bào)告功能、提交結(jié)題報(bào)告功能、查看項(xiàng)目清單功能、任務(wù)書審核功能、中期報(bào)告審核功能、結(jié)題報(bào)告審核功能。成果展示業(yè)務(wù)功能,包含項(xiàng)目查詢功能、項(xiàng)目查看功能。該系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)是為了提高曲靖師范學(xué)院教學(xué)研究管理效率的,改善該校目前的教學(xué)研究管理局面,使其能夠跟上時(shí)代的發(fā)展,在學(xué)校管理當(dāng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,信息化。該系統(tǒng)的投入使用將會(huì)一改該校傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)研究管理模式,不再依靠大量的人力,而是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)管理,大大縮短教學(xué)研究管理流程,更加方便學(xué)校教師和相關(guān)人員的使用,大大的提高了辦公效率,同樣,也更加方便學(xué)校的管理,節(jié)省人力物力,使學(xué)校更能專注于提高學(xué)生服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the use of network office, information technology to improve efficiency has penetrated into a variety of industries, information technology plays an extremely important role in promoting economic and social development. Teaching research management is a focus of daily work in Qujing normal University. The related work of the school is complicated and changeable, involving more departments and personnel. Therefore, the information management of colleges and universities is very important. The efficiency of teaching research and educational administration in a school depends to a large extent on the level of information technology in the school. On the technical level of the system development, it draws lessons from many mature similar system technical architecture, and finally adopts MVC development mode, B / S (browser / server) system architecture to develop, open source convenient framework SSH (Struts2 Spring Hibernate3) to design and implement the system, and based on the security considerations of the system, it is widely used. High security SQL Server 2012 relational database to store the relevant data content of the system. At the functional level of the system, the system realizes the requirements and business functions at the beginning of the design, including the function of viewing notification, viewing documents and abstracting teaching reform. Project declaration and evaluation business function, including filling project function, adding in-school / non-school teacher function, project submission function, my declaration function, declaration project audit function, declaration project submission function, check the project notification function, fill in the evaluation function, submit the evaluation function, view the evaluation function, print the evaluation results function. Project management business function, including fill in the task form function, submit the interim progress report function, submit the closing report function, view the project list function, the task statement audit function, the interim report audit function, the closing report audit function. Results display business functions, including project query function, project view function. The research and development of the system is to improve the efficiency of teaching and research management in Qujing normal University, to improve the current situation of teaching research management in Qujing normal University, so that it can keep up with the development of the times, and realize networking and informatization in school management. The system will change the traditional teaching and research management mode of the school, no longer rely on a large number of manpower, but through the network to achieve management, greatly shorten the teaching and research management process, more convenient for school teachers and related personnel to use, greatly improve office efficiency, also more convenient for school management, save manpower and material resources, so that the school can focus on improving student service.
