本文關(guān)鍵詞：改進(jìn)的WBS方法在工程項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

[摘　要]　介紹工程項(xiàng)目分解結(jié)構(gòu)（WBS）的內(nèi)涵，闡述工程系統(tǒng)分解結(jié)構(gòu)（EBS）的概念并進(jìn)行相關(guān)對(duì)比分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上研究工程系統(tǒng)的組成及工程系統(tǒng)分解結(jié)構(gòu)（EBS）的應(yīng)用方法，以期對(duì)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用起到一定的參考作用。

Abstract: This paper firstly introduces the connotation of work breakdown structure（WBS）, subsequently elaborates the concept of engineering breakdown structure（EBS） and makes the relevant comparative analysis. On the basis of which, the paper discusses the composition of engineering systems and engineering breakdown structure（EBS） application methods. The objective of the paper is to provide the theoretical base for the application of EBS in the construction project.
