【摘要】：近幾年,世界上汽車工業(yè)高速增長,促使了大量汽車零部件制造商迅速發(fā)展。各大整車廠商在中國汽車市場的競爭越來越激烈,為追求更多的利潤,各大整車廠商不斷地向中國市場增加新車型的投放。汽車動力總成也在不斷地往低成本高性能、高效低碳、節(jié)能減排的方向發(fā)展,面對汽車零部件項目的開發(fā)周期不斷縮短,汽車潤滑系統(tǒng)的零部件性能要求也在不斷提高,如何在較短的項目時間內(nèi)開發(fā)出高質(zhì)量低成本的產(chǎn)品,已成為每一個汽車潤滑系統(tǒng)零部件企業(yè)的新目標。本論文以DS公司汽車潤滑系統(tǒng)的機油泵研發(fā)項目的質(zhì)量管理為研究對象,主要運用了項目質(zhì)量管理等理論和方法,全面地剖析了DS公司機油泵研發(fā)項目的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和問題的成因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了汽車潤滑系統(tǒng)零部件研發(fā)項目質(zhì)量管理的改善方案,從優(yōu)化項目管理的組織架構(gòu)和改進項目質(zhì)量管理的管理模型出發(fā),探究了項目階段質(zhì)量門控審核(QGR),供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理(SQM),過程失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)和控制計劃(Control Plan),過程能力研究方法(CP/CPK),8D問題求解法(8D Report)等方案在項目質(zhì)量管理活動中的應(yīng)用。最后,通過DS公司的HR12T研發(fā)項目質(zhì)量管理的案例,驗證了該模型的有效性。通過這個研究得出的有關(guān)項目質(zhì)量管理的模型與方案,為DS公司其他產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)提供了理論指導(dǎo)和實踐經(jīng)驗,對促進汽車零部件行業(yè)提升項目質(zhì)量管理的水準,具有一定的借鑒和參考價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid growth of the world's automobile industry has promoted the rapid development of a large number of auto parts manufacturers. The competition of the major vehicle manufacturers in the Chinese automobile market is becoming more and more fierce. In order to pursue more profits, the major vehicle manufacturers continue to increase the investment of new models to the Chinese market. Automobile powertrain is also developing in the direction of low cost and high performance, high efficiency and low carbon, energy saving and emission reduction. in the face of the shortening of the development cycle of automobile parts project, the performance requirements of automobile lubrication system parts are also improving. How to develop high quality and low cost products in a relatively short project time has become a new goal of every automobile lubrication system parts enterprise. In this paper, the quality management of oil pump research and development project of DS automobile lubrication system is taken as the research object, and the theory and method of project quality management are mainly used. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of quality management and the causes of the problems in the oil pump research and development project of DS Company, and on this basis, puts forward the improvement scheme of the quality management of the automobile lubrication system parts and components research and development project. Starting from optimizing the organizational structure of project management and improving the management model of project quality management, this paper probes into the quality control audit (QGR), supplier quality management (SQM), in the project phase. The application of process failure mode and consequence analysis (PFMEA) and control plan (Control Plan), process capability research method (CP/CPK) and 8D problem solution (8D Report) in project quality management activities. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by the case of HR12T R & D project quality management of DS Company. The model and scheme of project quality management obtained from this study provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the development of other products of DS Company, and promote the automobile parts industry to improve the level of project quality management. It has certain reference value and reference value.
