【摘要】：無邊界管理強(qiáng)調(diào)邊界間的可滲透性,本文將無邊界管理引入科研院所科研項目管理過程中,針對科研院所科研項目現(xiàn)狀和特點,提出打破垂直邊界、消除水平邊界和淡化外部邊界等對策,對于科研院所有效提升科研項目管理的效率和效果具有重要借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Borderless management emphasizes the permeability between boundaries. In this paper, borderless management is introduced into the scientific research project management of scientific research institutes. According to the present situation and characteristics of scientific research projects in scientific research institutes, the vertical boundary is broken. The countermeasures of eliminating horizontal boundary and desalination of external boundary are of great significance for scientific research institutes to effectively improve the efficiency and effect of scientific research project management.
