【摘要】：H銀行外匯[V展交易服務(wù)是涉及杠桿及高風險程度的投資產(chǎn)品,H銀行外匯[V展交易平臺具有良好的系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,讓投資者的交易更為安全簡單快捷。本文運用IT項目管理的相關(guān)理論,分析了H銀行外匯[V展交易平臺新增流通量提供者項目從啟動到結(jié)束的過程,圍繞項目的核心與薄弱部分,即項目的計劃和控制管理,進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計和具體研究。通過對進度、成本和質(zhì)量三方面的計劃和控制以保證系統(tǒng)項目的順利上線。在項目計劃制定方面,全面介紹了項目的重大里程碑、WBS、工作關(guān)系、組織結(jié)構(gòu)與人力資源計劃等,通過專家判斷法和計劃評審技術(shù)的結(jié)合對項目活動時間進行估算,詳細描述了各項活動并制定項目進度計劃甘特圖與網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,確定各項活動主要人物,并制定了項目成本計劃與質(zhì)量計劃;在項目控制方面,通過工期優(yōu)化法對項目進行進度控制,應(yīng)用掙值分析法評估了項目的成本進度,通過評審與測試對項目的質(zhì)量實施控制。本文結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代IT項目管理和傳統(tǒng)項目管理的優(yōu)勢,提升了H銀行外匯[V展系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目的整體水平與開發(fā)效率,有利于同類項目的順利開展,并提供有效的組織與安排。本項研究豐富了IT項目管理領(lǐng)域的研究,增加了外匯交易平臺項目利用IT項目管理的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:H bank foreign exchange [V exhibition trading service is an investment product involving leverage and high risk degree. H bank foreign exchange trading platform has good system stability, which makes the trading of investors safer, simpler and faster. Based on the theory of IT project management, this paper analyzes the process of H bank foreign exchange [V exhibition platform] new liquidity provider project from start to end, focusing on the core and weak parts of the project, that is, the planning and control management of the project. Carry on the optimization design and the concrete research. Through the progress, cost and quality of the three aspects of planning and control to ensure the smooth launch of the system project. In the aspect of project plan formulation, this paper comprehensively introduces the major milestones of the project, the working relationship of WBS, the organizational structure and human resource plan, and estimates the project activity time through the combination of expert judgment method and plan evaluation technology. The activities are described in detail and the Gantt chart and network chart are drawn up, the main figures of each activity are identified, and the project cost plan and quality plan are worked out. In the aspect of project control, the progress of the project is controlled by the time limit optimization method, the cost progress of the project is evaluated by earned value analysis method, and the quality of the project is controlled by evaluation and test. This paper combines the advantages of modern IT project management and traditional project management, improves the overall level and development efficiency of H bank foreign exchange system development project, is beneficial to the smooth development of similar projects, and provides effective organization and arrangement. This study enriches the research in the field of IT project management and increases the experience of foreign exchange trading platform project using IT project management.
