【摘要】：隨著城市的不斷擴(kuò)張和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的市政工程開(kāi)工建設(shè)。市政工程與人民生活息息相關(guān)。工程設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量,不僅關(guān)系到最終的工程效果,也關(guān)乎人民群眾的利益,是設(shè)計(jì)院在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中生存的根本。因此,搞好市政設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量管理具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義和社會(huì)意義。本文詳細(xì)介紹了G設(shè)計(jì)院的質(zhì)量管理體系,并結(jié)合H項(xiàng)目,詳細(xì)分析了在市政排水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)中質(zhì)量管理的過(guò)程,具體包括策劃階段、輸入階段、輸出階段和驗(yàn)證過(guò)程的管理。通過(guò)分析,總結(jié)了H項(xiàng)目中質(zhì)量管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,如設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程缺乏量化的質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo),缺乏對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)各環(huán)節(jié)的全過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制、質(zhì)量管理措施落實(shí)不到位、組織結(jié)構(gòu)不利于提高質(zhì)量、項(xiàng)目組成員職能范圍不明晰、缺乏與業(yè)主、行業(yè)專家的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和設(shè)計(jì)手段落后等。然后運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的理論和方法,通過(guò)PDPC法,品管圈等工具,對(duì)H項(xiàng)目類似的市政排水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理提出了有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)措施,包括制定設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo),加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量管理和監(jiān)督,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)小組的組織架構(gòu),明確設(shè)計(jì)成員的職責(zé)范圍,使用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)手段等。希望通過(guò)本文的研究,對(duì)今后市政排水管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理提供有益的參考,提高類似項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the city and the rapid development of infrastructure construction, more and more municipal projects begin construction. Municipal works are closely related to people's lives. The quality of engineering design is not only related to the final engineering effect, but also to the interests of the people. It is the foundation of the survival of the design institute in the fierce market competition. Therefore, it is of great economic and social significance to do a good job in the quality management of municipal design. In this paper, the quality management system of G design institute is introduced in detail, and the process of quality management in municipal drainage pipe network design is analyzed in detail, including planning stage, input stage, output stage and verification process. Through the analysis, the existing problems of quality management in H project are summarized, such as the lack of quantitative quality management objectives in the design process, the lack of quality control in the whole process of design, and the inadequate implementation of quality management measures. The organizational structure is not conducive to the improvement of quality, the functional scope of the project team members is not clear, lack of communication and coordination with the owners, industry experts and design methods are backward. Then using the theory and method of project management, by means of PDPC method, product control circle and other tools, this paper puts forward some targeted measures to improve the quality management of similar municipal drainage pipe network design projects in H project, including the formulation of the quality management objectives of the design. Strengthen the quality management and supervision of the design process, optimize the organizational structure of the design team, clarify the scope of responsibility of the design members, use advanced design methods, and so on. It is hoped that this paper can provide a useful reference for the quality management of municipal drainage network design projects in the future, and improve the quality management level of similar projects.
