【摘要】：:珊溪水庫工程是目前國內(nèi)在建的第二高壩。樞紐施工的特點(diǎn)是 :工期緊、強(qiáng)度大、干擾多、要求高、施工工藝復(fù)雜。由于施工中實(shí)施了項(xiàng)目管理中的計(jì)劃管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、設(shè)備管理、質(zhì)量管理、安全管理和人員管理 ,組織合理、運(yùn)作科學(xué) ,用 32個(gè)月時(shí)間實(shí)現(xiàn)了 2 0 0 0年 5月按期下閘蓄水、6月 2 8日首臺(tái)機(jī)組提前發(fā)電的目標(biāo) ,為高面板堆石壩施工積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Reservoir Project is the second tallest dam under construction in China. The characteristics of hub construction are: time limit is tight, strength is big, interference is many, requirement is high, construction technology is complex. As a result of the implementation of project management in the planning management, economic management, equipment management, quality management, safety management and personnel management, reasonable organization, scientific operation, The water storage target of the lower gate in May, 2000 and the first unit on June 28, 2000 were achieved in 32 months. The experience has been accumulated for the construction of high face rockfill dam.
