A院固體發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)多級(jí)數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目管控研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)國(guó)防事業(yè)的高度重視,對(duì)高新技術(shù)武器裝備的投入在不斷加大,航天企業(yè)承擔(dān)的型號(hào)任務(wù)數(shù)量較以往大幅增長(zhǎng),任務(wù)要求也越來(lái)越高。A院是一家國(guó)有大型航天企業(yè),在我國(guó)國(guó)防建設(shè)與發(fā)展過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。在新形勢(shì)下,我院科研生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)較往年發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。原有的僅適用單一型號(hào)的、傳統(tǒng)的科研生產(chǎn)管理模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足大幅增長(zhǎng)的研制任務(wù)需求,A院迫切需要建立科研生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理體系,健全相關(guān)規(guī)章制度體系,強(qiáng)化綜合統(tǒng)籌管理,提升基礎(chǔ)管理能力和項(xiàng)目多級(jí)數(shù)字化管控水平,切實(shí)保障各項(xiàng)科研生產(chǎn)任務(wù)圓滿完成,以滿足國(guó)家和軍方對(duì)型號(hào)研發(fā)提出的多方面要求。本文第一部分首先闡明了研究意圖,確定了研究方法和研究?jī)?nèi)容框架。第二部分主要是介紹本論文涉及到的理論基礎(chǔ),管理學(xué)、項(xiàng)目管理等。第三部分介紹了A院的基本情況和項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理情況進(jìn)行了初步梳理歸納,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外相同領(lǐng)域先進(jìn)企業(yè)目前型號(hào)管理水平情況。第四部分調(diào)查研究究竟是什么制約了企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的效果,梳理出了存在的問(wèn)題和不足。第五部分則結(jié)合A院體制、業(yè)務(wù)、管理等方面的特點(diǎn),從型號(hào)管理的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行了訪談,對(duì)先進(jìn)設(shè)備軟件供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和選擇,制定了研究方案。第六部分對(duì)研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)并預(yù)測(cè)建設(shè)實(shí)施效果。
[Abstract]:As the state attaches great importance to the cause of national defense, the input of the high-tech weaponry and equipment is increasing, and the number of the model tasks undertaken by the space enterprises has increased greatly, and the task requirements are getting higher and higher. The A-Courtyard is a state-owned large-scale space enterprise, and plays an irreplaceable role in the process of national defense construction and development. In the new situation, the situation of scientific research and production in our hospital has changed over the past years. The traditional scientific research and production management mode, which is only applicable to a single model, has been unable to meet the needs of the development of large-scale growth, and the A-house urgently needs to establish a scientific research and production project management system, improve the system of relevant rules and regulations, and strengthen the comprehensive and integrated management. Improve that management capability of the basic management and the level of multi-level digital control of the project, and ensure the successful completion of various scientific research and production tasks so as to meet the various requirements of the country and the military on the research and development of the model. The first part of this paper first expounds the research intention, and defines the research method and the research content frame. The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis, management, project management and so on. The third part introduces the basic situation of A-house and the current situation of project management, and summarizes the project management situation, and introduces the current model management level of the advanced enterprises in the same field at home and abroad. The fourth part of the research on the research and research has restricted the effect of the project management of the enterprise, and the existing problems and deficiencies have been sorted out. The fifth part, in combination with the characteristics of the system, business and management of the A-house, conducted an interview with the relevant personnel from the current situation of model management, and made the research and selection of the advanced equipment software suppliers. The sixth part summarizes and predicts the effect of the construction.
