安達利公司供應商質量管理研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟全球化不斷深入的今天,企業(yè)的產品和服務分工越來越細,通常某一產品特別是成套設備的產品不可能都有一個企業(yè)來完成所有的部件,而是通過多個企業(yè)分工和協(xié)作來完成。多數(shù)情況下,企業(yè)不會放棄己核心技術的培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展,而對非核心業(yè)務采用外包的形式。在這種形勢下下,供應商的產品質量就顯得十分重要,甚至在某種程度上決定企業(yè)的產品質量和成本。供應商質量管理主要是為了確保供應商提供的原材料符合公司既定的質量標準或要求,當來料質量不能滿足或符合公司既定的質量標準或要求時,需要采取措施予以控制和改善。當企業(yè)發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模,就要靠一套質量保證體系來確保產品質量,這就是當今最為流行的全面質量管理,供應商質量管理屬于全面質量管理的一部分。目前國際上應用最廣泛的質量管理體系是ISO:9001,其內容對資源管理、產品實現(xiàn)以及持續(xù)改進等做了明確要求。對供應商的管理也明確的提出了要求,當然作為指導性文件,它只能做出指導性的要求,而不會提供具體的程序和方法。廣義上,無論規(guī)模大小,任何企業(yè)都會有自己的供應商。不同企業(yè)對供應商的依賴程度也不一樣。當供應商的產品質量足以影響到最終產品的質量和交付時,企業(yè)就非常有必要建立適合自己企業(yè)的供應商質量管理程序和方法。供應商的質量管理是整個質量管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。安達利公司是世界知名的設備生產廠商,其制漿生產線技術位列世界前列。其中大部分零部件由供應商來完成,僅在中國就有超過1000家供應商為其提供零部件,供應商所供部件以非標部件為主。安達利公司在供應商質量管理方面即有獨到之處,又不可避免具有一些缺陷,本研究以質量管理理論、供應商管理理論作為理論基礎,對安達利公司在供應商選擇和確認、供應商的動態(tài)管理和供應商產品質量過程控制三個方面進行描述和分析,并從中提出一些問題,針對這些問題提出相應的解決辦法。對安達利公司本身來說,可以在產品質量方面得以改進,使企業(yè)在供應商質量管理方面得以提升。對國內相關企業(yè)來說,無論從供應商管理流程還是從控制方法的角度,也都有借鑒意義。在論述過程中運用了傳統(tǒng)的管理理論如項目管理理論,并適當?shù)倪\用了五大質量管理工具并借鑒了ISO9001質量管理體系的一些理念。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the division of labor between products and services in enterprises is becoming more and more fine. Usually, it is not possible for a product, especially a complete set of equipment, to have a single enterprise to complete all the components. But through multiple enterprise division of labor and collaboration to complete. In most cases, enterprises will not give up the cultivation and development of their core technology, but take the form of outsourcing to non-core business. Under this situation, the supplier's product quality is very important, even determines the enterprise's product quality and cost to some extent. The main purpose of supplier quality management is to ensure that the raw materials supplied by suppliers meet the company's established quality standards or requirements, when incoming materials quality does not meet or meet the company's established quality standards or requirements, Measures need to be taken to control and improve them. When the enterprise develops to a certain scale, it is necessary to rely on a set of quality assurance system to ensure the product quality, which is the most popular total quality management nowadays, and the supplier quality management belongs to the part of the total quality management. At present, the most widely used quality management system in the world is ISO:9001, which has made clear requirements for resource management, product realization and continuous improvement. The supplier management is also clearly required, of course, as a guidance document, it can only make guidance requirements, and will not provide specific procedures and methods. In a broad sense, regardless of size, any enterprise will have its own suppliers. The degree of dependence of different enterprises on suppliers is also different. When the supplier's product quality is enough to affect the quality and delivery of the final product, it is very necessary for enterprises to establish supplier quality management procedures and methods suitable for their own enterprises. Supplier quality management is an important link in the whole quality management. Amdali is a world-famous equipment manufacturer, its pulp production line technology is in the forefront of the world. Most of the components are made by suppliers, with more than 1000 suppliers supplying them in China alone, with non-standard components being the main components supplied by suppliers. Amdali has its own advantages in supplier quality management and inevitably has some defects. Based on the theory of quality management and the theory of supplier management, this study makes the selection and confirmation of the supplier in Andari Company, which is based on the theory of quality management and the theory of supplier management, which is based on the quality management theory and supplier management theory. The dynamic management of supplier and the process control of supplier product quality are described and analyzed, and some problems are put forward, and the corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward. For the company itself, the product quality can be improved and the enterprise can improve the supplier quality management. For domestic related enterprises, both from the perspective of supplier management process and control methods, there is also a reference significance. The traditional management theory such as project management theory is used in the course of the discussion, and the five quality management tools are used appropriately, and some ideas of ISO9001 quality management system are used for reference.
