【摘要】：本文選取了當(dāng)今企業(yè)常用的平衡計(jì)分卡原理作為理論依托,在對(duì)平衡計(jì)分卡理論進(jìn)行全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合ZZ路橋公司項(xiàng)目管理的模式,分析其績效評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)ZZ路橋公司工程項(xiàng)目績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的總體框架,按照平衡計(jì)分卡原理的基本內(nèi)容,分析ZZ路橋公司工程項(xiàng)目的一般特征和維度特征,即從公司的財(cái)務(wù)維度績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、客戶維度績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、內(nèi)部流程維度績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、學(xué)習(xí)與成長維度績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì),形成ZZ路橋公司工程項(xiàng)目績效評(píng)價(jià)方法。在公司工程項(xiàng)目績效評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,依照層次分析法,計(jì)算平衡計(jì)分卡四個(gè)維度的指標(biāo)權(quán)重以及具體的計(jì)算步驟,并制定了績效評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)施原則、實(shí)施方式以及結(jié)果反饋申訴與應(yīng)用機(jī)制。最后,將所構(gòu)建的績效評(píng)價(jià)體系應(yīng)用于ZZ公司的ZK運(yùn)河大橋項(xiàng)目之中,得出最終的績效評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,并依此提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of balanced Scorecard theory and the mode of project management of ZZ Road and Bridge Company, this paper chooses the theory of balanced Scorecard, which is commonly used in enterprises today, as the theoretical support, and on the basis of comprehensive analysis of balanced Scorecard theory, Analyze the current situation and existing problems of its performance evaluation. On this basis, according to the overall framework of the performance evaluation index system of ZZ Road and Bridge Company, according to the basic content of balanced Scorecard, the general and dimensional characteristics of the project of ZZ Road and Bridge Company are analyzed. That is from the company's financial dimension performance evaluation index design, customer dimension performance evaluation index design, internal process dimension performance evaluation index design, learning and growth dimension performance evaluation index design, Form the ZZ Road and Bridge Company project performance evaluation method. On the basis of the performance evaluation of the company's engineering projects, according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the index weights of the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard and the concrete calculation steps are calculated, and the implementation principles of the performance evaluation are formulated. Implementation mode and result feedback complaint and application mechanism. Finally, the performance evaluation system is applied to the ZK Canal Bridge Project of ZZ Company, and the final performance evaluation results are obtained, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
