GD所GDL項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理關(guān)系工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是否能在合同規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)按時(shí)交付,關(guān)系整個(gè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn),因此對(duì)進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。當(dāng)前,生產(chǎn)特殊產(chǎn)品的軍工企業(yè)的能力建設(shè)任務(wù)越來(lái)越重,作為GD所的重點(diǎn)能力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目——GDL廠房建設(shè)就是其中之一。GDL廠房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有施工難度大、工期緊、影響因素多等特點(diǎn)。本文從項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論入手對(duì)GDL廠房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了進(jìn)度管理研究。首先運(yùn)用WBS法對(duì)GDL廠房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目主要活動(dòng)進(jìn)行工作分解,確定活動(dòng)關(guān)系和活動(dòng)歷時(shí),建立初步網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃,并利用時(shí)差計(jì)算確定關(guān)鍵路徑,從而確定工期。對(duì)標(biāo)項(xiàng)目要求,分析工期、資源、成本等條件,運(yùn)用工期優(yōu)化法對(duì)初步進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)關(guān)鍵路徑上的活動(dòng)進(jìn)行工期壓縮,最終得到滿足項(xiàng)目工期要求的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。采用掙值法分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。通過(guò)上述應(yīng)用研究,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了有效的計(jì)劃、跟蹤和控制,使項(xiàng)目在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)順利進(jìn)行,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了GD所對(duì)GDL廠房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)要求,同時(shí)也為GD所工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is an important content of project management. The project schedule management is related to whether the construction project can be delivered on time within the time limit stipulated in the contract and whether the comprehensive economic benefit of the whole construction project can be successfully realized. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the schedule management. At present, the capacity-building task of military enterprises that produce special products is more and more heavy. As the key capacity-building project of GD, the construction of GDL factory building is one of them. The construction project of GDL factory building has great difficulty in construction, and the construction period is tight. Many factors affect the characteristics. Based on the theory of project schedule management, this paper studies the schedule management of GDL plant construction project. Firstly, the WBS method is used to decompose the main activities of the GDL plant construction project, to determine the relationship and duration of the activities, to establish a preliminary network plan, and to determine the critical path by using the time difference calculation to determine the duration of the project. According to the requirements of bid project, the conditions of time limit, resource and cost are analyzed, the initial schedule plan is optimized by the method of time limit optimization, the activity on critical path is compressed, and finally the schedule plan which meets the requirement of project duration is obtained. The method of earning value is used to analyze the progress of the project. Through the above-mentioned applied research, the project schedule is effectively planned, tracked and controlled, so that the project can proceed smoothly within the prescribed time, and finally the target requirements of the GDL plant construction project by GD are realized. At the same time, it also provides a certain reference for the progress management of the construction project in GD.
