鞍山師范學院科研項目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著科技的日益發(fā)展,高校的科研活動和科研能力已成為評價高校綜合實力的重要指標,這使得高校的科研管理工作日趨重要?蒲许椖抗芾砉ぷ髟诎吧綆煼秾W院日常管理工作中是至關(guān)重要的一環(huán),是整個高校管理中的首道關(guān)卡?蒲许椖抗芾硐到y(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程中,以項目管理為重點項,同時對科研管理和項目管理進行調(diào)研。作為鞍山師范學院中的重要功能,目前科研項目管理已經(jīng)被普遍使用。本文主要面向鞍山師范學院的科研項目管理工作,首先對鞍山師范學院科研項目管理工作的業(yè)務流程做了簡要的了解和分析,從中篩選出本系統(tǒng)著力需要解決的一系列問題。隨后以解決這些問題為目標,借助高速發(fā)展的數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和計算機網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)來完成鞍山師范學院科研項目管理系統(tǒng)。本文在對鞍山師范學院科研項目業(yè)務進行需求調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,利用軟件工程的思想對系統(tǒng)進行了詳細分析和設(shè)計;谙到y(tǒng)設(shè)計,采用Visual studio 2008為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,SQL Server 2008作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)支撐,利用客戶端/瀏覽器架構(gòu)對系統(tǒng)進行開發(fā)。在開發(fā)過程中,充分利用業(yè)界成熟的公用類庫作為開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)進行二次開發(fā),從最根本層面來實現(xiàn)代碼復用,再用輔以工程化思想作為指導,保證系統(tǒng)魯棒性的前提下實現(xiàn)敏捷開發(fā)。首先快速建立系統(tǒng)應用原型,然后基于原型系統(tǒng)進行需求迭代,不斷增強系統(tǒng)功能,直到形成用戶滿意的可行系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the scientific research activities and the scientific research ability of colleges and universities have become an important index to evaluate the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities, which makes the scientific research management work of colleges and universities become more and more important. Scientific research project management is a very important part in the daily management of Anshan normal College, and it is the first pass in the management of the whole university. In the process of designing the scientific research project management system, the project management is taken as the key item, and the scientific research management and the project management are investigated at the same time. As an important function in Anshan normal College, scientific research project management has been widely used. This paper is aimed at the management of scientific research project in Anshan normal University. Firstly, the business process of scientific research project management in Anshan normal University is briefly understood and analyzed, and a series of problems that need to be solved are screened out. With the aim of solving these problems, the research project management system of Anshan normal University is completed with the help of the rapid development of database technology and computer network technology. Based on the research of the research project business in Anshan normal University, this paper makes a detailed analysis and design of the system with the idea of software engineering. Based on the system design, Visual studio 2008 is adopted as the system development platform, SQL Server 2008 as the backstage data support, and the client / browser architecture is used to develop the system. In the process of development, we should make full use of the common class library which is mature in the industry to carry on the secondary development on the basis of development, realize code reuse from the most fundamental level, and then use the auxiliary engineering thought as the instruction. Agile development is realized on the premise of system robustness. First, the system application prototype is built quickly, then the requirement iteration based on the prototype system is carried out, and the system function is enhanced continuously until the user is satisfied with the feasible system.
