[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the scientific research activities and the scientific research ability of colleges and universities have become an important index to evaluate the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities, which makes the scientific research management work of colleges and universities become more and more important. Scientific research project management is a very important part in the daily management of Anshan normal College, and it is the first pass in the management of the whole university. In the process of designing the scientific research project management system, the project management is taken as the key item, and the scientific research management and the project management are investigated at the same time. As an important function in Anshan normal College, scientific research project management has been widely used. This paper is aimed at the management of scientific research project in Anshan normal University. Firstly, the business process of scientific research project management in Anshan normal University is briefly understood and analyzed, and a series of problems that need to be solved are screened out. With the aim of solving these problems, the research project management system of Anshan normal University is completed with the help of the rapid development of database technology and computer network technology. Based on the research of the research project business in Anshan normal University, this paper makes a detailed analysis and design of the system with the idea of software engineering. Based on the system design, Visual studio 2008 is adopted as the system development platform, SQL Server 2008 as the backstage data support, and the client / browser architecture is used to develop the system. In the process of development, we should make full use of the common class library which is mature in the industry to carry on the secondary development on the basis of development, realize code reuse from the most fundamental level, and then use the auxiliary engineering thought as the instruction. Agile development is realized on the premise of system robustness. First, the system application prototype is built quickly, then the requirement iteration based on the prototype system is carried out, and the system function is enhanced continuously until the user is satisfied with the feasible system.
