【摘要】：技術(shù)并購是企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的一個(gè)重要戰(zhàn)略行為,但是成功率卻很低,而整合不力是技術(shù)并購失敗的主要原因。考慮到整合具有項(xiàng)目的一般特性,將項(xiàng)目管理與技術(shù)并購整合過程相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建基于項(xiàng)目管理的技術(shù)并購整合實(shí)施模式,并詳細(xì)闡述了對(duì)技術(shù)資源整合的實(shí)施過程。最后,應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的三要素對(duì)技術(shù)并購整合的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行逐一分析,最終幫助企業(yè)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)并購后的整合。
[Abstract]:Technology merger and acquisition is an important strategic behavior in the process of enterprise development, but the success rate is very low, and the main reason for the failure of technology merger and acquisition is weak integration. Considering that the integration has the general characteristics of the project, this paper combines the project management with the integration process of technology merger and acquisition, constructs the implementation mode of technology merger and acquisition integration based on project management, and expounds the implementation process of technical resources integration in detail. Finally, the key factors of technology merger and acquisition integration are analyzed one by using the three elements of project management, and finally, the integration after technology merger and acquisition is successfully realized.
