南昌大學(xué)科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院科研項目管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:為解決南昌大學(xué)科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院現(xiàn)有科研項目管理工作效率低下、業(yè)務(wù)流程不規(guī)范等問題,結(jié)合當(dāng)前信息化手段,提出通過建立科研項目管理系統(tǒng)的方法。該系統(tǒng)的建立,作為該校數(shù)字校園建設(shè)的一部分,不僅能為科研項目管理工作提供必要的信息化支持,同時能與其他業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)資源共享。 本文討論的科研項目管理系統(tǒng)的建立是對軟件工程思想的實踐,在系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)過程中采用結(jié)構(gòu)化軟件分析方法,依次完成了對系統(tǒng)的需求調(diào)研、分析與設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)主要包括科研項目立項、科研項目中檢、科研項目結(jié)項、科研項目查詢等四大業(yè)務(wù)功能。論文討論了系統(tǒng)各業(yè)務(wù)功能的分析設(shè)計過程,通過系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程分析、數(shù)據(jù)流分析等系統(tǒng)分析手段闡述明確了系統(tǒng)的需求;并依據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求依次完成了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計、功能模塊設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計及安全策略設(shè)計等。 該系統(tǒng)的使用填補(bǔ)了南昌大學(xué)科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院科研項目管理工作信息化的空白,能夠滿足該校日?蒲许椖宽椖抗芾順I(yè)務(wù)的需求,為用戶提供了一個完整的、實用的科研項目管理業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of scientific research project management and non-standard business process in the Institute of Science and Technology of Nanchang University, a method of establishing scientific research project management system is put forward. The establishment of the system, as a part of the digital campus construction of the school, can not only provide the necessary information support for the management of scientific research projects, but also realize the sharing of resources with other business systems. The establishment of the scientific research project management system discussed in this paper is the practice of the software engineering idea. In the process of the system construction, the structured software analysis method is adopted, and the requirement investigation, analysis and design of the system are completed in turn. The system mainly includes four business functions: scientific research project establishment, scientific research project inspection, scientific research project closing item, scientific research project inquiry and so on. This paper discusses the analysis and design process of each business function of the system, and clarifies the requirements of the system through the system business process analysis, data flow analysis and other system analysis methods. According to the system requirements, the system architecture design, function module design, database design and security policy design are completed. The use of the system fills the gap of scientific research project management in Nanchang University. It can meet the needs of the school's daily scientific research project management business and provide a complete system for users. A practical business system for scientific research project management.
