【摘要】：通信工程建設(shè)是通信企業(yè)的核心工作之一,在未來(lái)通信公司將承擔(dān)著越來(lái)越多的通信項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。通信公司工程項(xiàng)目管理水平的提高能夠?yàn)橥ㄐ攀聵I(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大的助力,對(duì)通信公司市場(chǎng)中的生存影響較大。本課題來(lái)源于某地聯(lián)通公司工程管理信息系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,基于J2EE平臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下：(1)通過(guò)通信公司工程項(xiàng)目信息化管理的要求、流程以及模式的調(diào)查,在相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的閱讀、歸納整理,提出了通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)信息化手段來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)符合本企業(yè)實(shí)際需要的通信工程項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)。(2)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)通信公司工程管理系統(tǒng)所需要的技術(shù)、功能性和非功能性要求進(jìn)行研究,提出該系統(tǒng)采用J2EE+SQL Server2005+B/S的技術(shù)方案,其中J2EE用于開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)代碼,SQL Server2005用于存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),并基于B/S模式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。(3)對(duì)通信公司工程管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求進(jìn)行分析,以模塊化為主實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能的設(shè)計(jì)與完善,主要功能可劃分為工程立項(xiàng)、項(xiàng)目管理、合同管理、計(jì)劃管理、質(zhì)量控制管理、文檔管理以及系統(tǒng)管理。(4)通信公司工程管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),本系統(tǒng)使用J2EE技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了通信公司工程管理系統(tǒng)的所有功能,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的重點(diǎn)功能進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。在通信公司工程管理系統(tǒng)完成的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試,以便完善系統(tǒng),盡可能的降低系統(tǒng)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)已成功實(shí)現(xiàn),按該方案開(kāi)發(fā)的項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)已在某地聯(lián)通公司正式上線(xiàn)運(yùn)行,經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的試用,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好。
[Abstract]:The construction of communication engineering is one of the core work of communication enterprises. In the future, communication companies will undertake more and more construction of communication projects. The improvement of the engineering project management level of the communication company can bring great help to the development of the communication industry and has a great influence on the survival of the communication company market. Based on the J2EE platform, the project management system is designed and implemented. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the requirement of information management of engineering project through communication company. Process and pattern investigation, reading and summarizing the relevant documents, In this paper, a project management information system for communication engineering is designed and developed by means of computer information. (2) the technology needed to design the project management system of communication company. The functional and non-functional requirements are studied, and the technical scheme of J2EE SQL Server2005 B / S is put forward, in which J2EE is used to develop system code and SQL Server2005 is used to store system data. And design and development based on the B / S mode. (3) to analyze the functional requirements of the communication company's engineering management system, mainly to achieve the design and improvement of the system functions, the main functions can be divided into engineering projects, project management, Contract management, plan management, quality control management, document management and system management. (4) the realization of the project management system of the communication company. The system uses J2EE technology to realize all the functions of the project management system of the communication company. The key functions of the system are explained. On the basis of the completion of the project management system of the communication company, the function test and the performance test are carried out in order to perfect the system and reduce the risk of the system as much as possible. At present, the project management system has been successfully implemented, and the project management information system developed according to this scheme has been officially put into operation in some place Unicom Company. After a period of trial, the system runs well.
