【摘要】：目前,水利建設(shè)逐步市場化、經(jīng)濟(jì)化,部分市場主體為了獲取更多利益,誠信嚴(yán)重缺失,市場主體隱瞞真實(shí)信息,給水利行業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。為了進(jìn)一步整頓水利建設(shè)市場主體建造行為,扭轉(zhuǎn)市場主體失信風(fēng)氣,市場主體信息采集與發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)顯得十分重要。論文在信用信息管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了信用管理體系及相關(guān)技術(shù),提出了較為完整合理的方案,以解決各類別市場主體信用評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、工作繁瑣復(fù)雜等問題,研究了SOA技術(shù)架構(gòu)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合水利建設(shè)市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和要求,綜合水利建設(shè)流程、市場主體性質(zhì),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)需求分析、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),確立將系統(tǒng)劃分為門戶網(wǎng)站、公眾投訴、企業(yè)信息管理、在建項(xiàng)目管理、系統(tǒng)管理、個(gè)人管理、行政處罰與表彰管理、新聞公告管理八大模塊,并以湖北省本行業(yè)市場主體為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,完成了系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)和測試。水利建設(shè)市場主體信息采集與發(fā)布系統(tǒng)利用C#語言、ASP.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)的一大亮點(diǎn)是SOA架構(gòu)的運(yùn)用。采用SOA架構(gòu)能夠?qū)I(yè)務(wù)邏輯與數(shù)據(jù)間的耦合度降低,業(yè)務(wù)需求變更時(shí)處理更加快速有效,也能消除異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)間的差異,并能實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件分層思想中不同層次軟件子系統(tǒng)的同步開發(fā)、降低團(tuán)隊(duì)研發(fā)合作難度、提高軟件研發(fā)效率。本文通過使用Web Service技術(shù)來完成SOA架構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)并完成了水利建設(shè)市場主體信息采集與發(fā)布系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:At present, water conservancy construction is gradually market-oriented and economized. In order to obtain more benefits, some market subjects are seriously lacking in honesty and credit, and the market main body conceals real information, which brings severe challenges to the development of water conservancy industry. In order to further rectify the construction behavior of water conservancy construction market main body and reverse the market main body discredit trend, it is very important to design and develop the information collection and release system of the market main body. On the basis of the theory of credit information management, this paper studies the credit management system and related technologies, and puts forward a more complete and reasonable scheme to solve the problems such as the disunity of credit evaluation standards and the complicated work of all kinds of market subjects. The key technologies such as SOA technology architecture are studied. On this basis, combined with the development situation, characteristics and requirements of the water conservancy construction market, the comprehensive water conservancy construction process, the nature of the market main body, carried on the system demand analysis, the detailed design, the establishment will divide the system into the portal website, the public complains, Enterprise information management, construction project management, system management, personal management, administrative punishment and recognition management, news bulletin management eight modules, and Hubei Province as the main body of the industry as the experimental object, completed the system technical realization and testing. The information collection and release system of water conservancy construction market is developed by C # language and ASP.NET development platform. One of the highlights of this system is the use of SOA architecture. Using SOA architecture can reduce the coupling degree between business logic and data, and deal with the change of business requirements more quickly and effectively, and can also eliminate the differences between heterogeneous data. It can realize the synchronous development of different software subsystems in the idea of software delamination, reduce the difficulty of team R & D cooperation, and improve the efficiency of software R & D. In this paper, we use Web Service technology to complete the SOA architecture, design and complete the water conservancy construction market information collection and release system.
