國(guó)際電力EPC總承包企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升策略研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過近十多年的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)國(guó)際電力工程總承包不僅在東南亞、印度、中東、中亞、非洲等新興市場(chǎng)打開了局面,而且取得了一定市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上,我國(guó)國(guó)際電力總承包企業(yè)不僅面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)之間“同質(zhì)化”的低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而且也受到發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家承包商轉(zhuǎn)向非洲、亞洲等中低端海外市場(chǎng)的擠壓。我國(guó)承包商海外“中國(guó)式”打法、工程項(xiàng)目管理水平越來越難適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)的需求。提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)是我國(guó)電力總承包企業(yè)亟待解決的課題。本文綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和理論分析法對(duì)我國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際電力工程總承包競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素進(jìn)行分析,得出如下結(jié)論:(1)當(dāng)前影響國(guó)際電力工程EPC總承包企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要因素有資源整合能力、人力資源狀況、組織管理能力、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、資金能力、品牌影響力、企業(yè)的文化凝聚力。(2)總承包企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升需要通過積極推動(dòng)我國(guó)整體設(shè)備質(zhì)量水平、推動(dòng)中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)國(guó)際化、加強(qiáng)行業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)自律來營(yíng)造一個(gè)良好的外部環(huán)境。另外,企業(yè)要加強(qiáng)自身的資源整合能力、創(chuàng)新能力、提高人力資源水平、項(xiàng)目管理能力、加強(qiáng)融資能力、建立切實(shí)可行市場(chǎng)開發(fā)策略、加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè),同時(shí)要積極開展戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、企業(yè)并購(gòu)和非核心業(yè)務(wù)外包外部途徑。(3)電建企業(yè)則應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),建立以施工為導(dǎo)向的設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工協(xié)同管理機(jī)制,建立適合總承包的組織結(jié)構(gòu),厘清總部與項(xiàng)目部的關(guān)系,做到無縫對(duì)接,流程順暢,完善價(jià)值產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)管理及設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)管理及施工管理,通過人才培訓(xùn)提高人力資源水平,加強(qiáng)融資能力及品牌建設(shè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。(4)通過對(duì)SEPCOⅡ企業(yè)國(guó)際電力工程總承包競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,提出了增強(qiáng)公司國(guó)際電力EPC總承包項(xiàng)目競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升策略及措施。
[Abstract]:After more than a decade of rapid development, China's international general contracting of electric power projects has not only opened up the situation in emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, but also obtained a certain market competitive advantage. In the international market, China's international electric power general contracting enterprises not only face the "homogenous" low price competition among domestic enterprises, but also are squeezed by contractors in developed countries turning to Africa, Asia and other middle and low end overseas markets. The management level of engineering project is more and more difficult to meet the needs of the new situation because of the overseas "Chinese style" of contractors in our country. To improve the competitiveness of enterprises and realize industrial upgrading is an urgent task to be solved in China's electric power general contracting enterprises. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the competitiveness of the international electric power engineering general contracting of Chinese enterprises by using the literature analysis method and the theoretical analysis method. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the main factors influencing the competitiveness of international EPC general contracting enterprises are resource integration ability, human resource condition, organization and management ability, enterprise innovation ability, capital ability, brand influence, etc. Cultural cohesion of enterprises. (2) the promotion of the competitiveness of general contracting enterprises needs to create a good external environment by actively promoting the overall equipment quality level of our country, promoting the internationalization of Chinese standards, and strengthening industry coordination and self-discipline. In addition, enterprises should strengthen their ability to integrate resources, innovate, improve the level of human resources, manage projects, strengthen financing ability, establish feasible market development strategies, and strengthen brand building. At the same time, we should actively develop strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions of enterprises and external ways of non-core business outsourcing. (3) Electric power construction enterprises should give full play to their own advantages, establish construction-oriented design, procurement, construction cooperative management mechanism, Establish organizational structure suitable for general contracting, clarify the relationship between headquarters and project department, achieve seamless docking, smooth flow, perfect value industry chain, strengthen design management and design optimization, strengthen procurement management and construction management, Improve the level of human resources through the training of human resources, strengthen the ability of financing and brand building to enhance competitiveness.
