【摘要】：近年來,山東省軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,形成了一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模和技術(shù)人才優(yōu)勢(shì),目前已成為國內(nèi)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)大省之一。“十五”期間,東營市高新區(qū)被列為山東省政府規(guī)劃建設(shè)的“山東半島高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶”重點(diǎn)城市和重點(diǎn)高新區(qū)。東營市有眾多軟件企業(yè)、院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu),人才資源豐富,為了更好的發(fā)揮東營市的人才優(yōu)勢(shì)、資源優(yōu)勢(shì),東營市整合當(dāng)?shù)氐能浖Y源,提出了軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目包括公共技術(shù)支撐平臺(tái)、軟件人才培訓(xùn)基地,軟件外包平臺(tái)、軟件出口綠色通道等設(shè)施的建設(shè),形成產(chǎn)業(yè)群體,發(fā)揮群體效應(yīng)。面對(duì)良好的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,把握住發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵機(jī)遇是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵所在。因此,對(duì)東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施高水平的進(jìn)度管理至關(guān)重要。論文從東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際需求著手,分析了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的主要目標(biāo)及影響因素,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際要求,對(duì)東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的主要內(nèi)容及流程做出規(guī)劃。通過對(duì)東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解以及確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目各子工作的先后順序等,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)技術(shù)編制項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并依照工期目標(biāo),對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以保障項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃能夠滿足進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際要求。同時(shí),依據(jù)東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃執(zhí)行過程,設(shè)立項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)制,并對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的進(jìn)度偏差進(jìn)行分析,確定其對(duì)項(xiàng)目工期的影響,及時(shí)采取措施予以消除,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行更新。最后,論文針對(duì)東營軟件園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理面臨的主要問題,從組織、技術(shù)以及資金等方面構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的保障措施,提高項(xiàng)目管理人員的理論水平和操作能力,幫助其解決在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中在工期管理上遇到的問題,從而確保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理目標(biāo)的完整實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Shandong software industry has entered a period of rapid development, forming a certain scale of industrial development and technical talents advantage, and has become one of the major provinces of domestic software industry. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Dongying High-Tech Zone was listed as the key city and key high-tech zone of Shandong Peninsula High-tech Industrial Belt. There are many software enterprises, colleges and scientific research institutions in Dongying city, which are rich in human resources. In order to give full play to the advantages of talents and resources of Dongying City, Dongying City integrates the local software resources and puts forward the construction project of software industry park. The project includes the construction of public technology support platform, software talent training base, software outsourcing platform, software export green channel and other facilities to form industrial groups and give play to group effect. In the face of a good market environment, grasping the key opportunities for development is the key to the success of the project. Therefore, it is very important to implement high level schedule management for Dongying Software Park. Starting from the actual demand of the progress management of the Dongying Software Park, the paper analyzes the main objectives and influencing factors of the project schedule management, aiming at the actual requirements of the project schedule management. To the Dongying software park construction project schedule management of the main content and process planning. By decomposing the work structure of the construction project of Dongying Software Park and confirming the order of each sub-work of the project, this paper makes use of network technology to compile the progress plan of the project, and optimizes it according to the target of the construction period. To ensure that the project schedule can meet the actual requirements of schedule management. At the same time, according to the implementation process of the progress plan of the construction project of Dongying Software Park, the monitoring mechanism of the project progress control is set up, and the possible schedule deviation is analyzed to determine its impact on the project duration, and to take measures to eliminate it in time. Finally, aiming at the main problems facing the project schedule management of Dongying Software Park, the paper constructs the guarantee measures of project schedule management from the aspects of organization, technology and funds, and improves the theoretical level and operational ability of project managers.
