【摘要】：項目管理是一門關(guān)于項目的資金、項目時間及項目質(zhì)量等資源管理的科學(xué)。現(xiàn)在項目管理已經(jīng)成為越來越多跨行業(yè)、跨地域和全球性企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的重要手段之一。根據(jù)PMBOK(項目管理知識體系)內(nèi)容,發(fā)現(xiàn)項目管理主要包括九大領(lǐng)域。其中,項目進(jìn)度管理是項目管理的核心內(nèi)容,目前一直是國內(nèi)外專家和學(xué)者們研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。然而對一些小的工程項目而言,項目管理工作在實際的執(zhí)行過程中存在很多不合理的地方。尤其是對于項目進(jìn)度管理工作的執(zhí)行情況不是很樂觀,它不僅直接影響建設(shè)項目能否按時交付使用,而且還關(guān)系到整個項目投資活動的綜合利益能否順利實現(xiàn),因此對于工程建設(shè)項目管理來說進(jìn)度管理是整個項目管理過程中一個非常重要的組成部分。本文主要是希望通過引入項目管理理論,尤其是項目管理中先進(jìn)的進(jìn)度管理理論,對M公司某一住宅小區(qū)中X號樓工程項目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題,經(jīng)過科學(xué)的研究與分析。針對這些存在的問題,應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃技術(shù)中的關(guān)鍵鏈法對M公司住宅小區(qū)工程項目進(jìn)度計劃進(jìn)行了重新的編制,同時使用掙得值法對工程項目的進(jìn)行控制進(jìn)行了研究。最后針對工程項目進(jìn)度控制過程中容易出現(xiàn)的問題提出了一些科學(xué)的控制方法。從而解放其較弱的項目管理的枷鎖,使該公司的項目管理實現(xiàn)質(zhì)的變革,最重要的是實施戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)的項目管理。這為提高工程項目進(jìn)度管理的管理效率提供了一個途徑,同時對整個工程建設(shè)類企業(yè)的項目進(jìn)度管理的研究具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Project management is a science of resource management, such as project funding, project time and project quality. Now project management has become one of the most important means of cross-industry, cross-regional and global enterprise management. According to the content of PMBOK (Project Management knowledge system), it is found that project management mainly includes nine fields. Among them, project schedule management is the core of project management, and has been the focus of experts and scholars at home and abroad. However, for some small engineering projects, there are many unreasonable places in the actual implementation of project management. In particular, the implementation of project schedule management is not very optimistic, it not only directly affects whether the construction project can be delivered on time, but also relates to the smooth realization of the overall interests of the whole project investment activities. Therefore, schedule management is a very important part of the whole project management process. This paper mainly hopes to introduce the theory of project management, especially the advanced theory of schedule management in project management, through scientific research and analysis of the problems existing in the project schedule management of X Building in a residential district of M Company. In view of these problems, the key chain method of network planning technology is applied to recompile the project schedule of M Company's residential district project, and the control of the project is studied by using the earned value method. Finally, some scientific control methods are put forward to solve the problems in the process of project schedule control. In order to liberate its weak shackles of project management and make the company's project management achieve qualitative change, the most important thing is to implement the strategic guidance of project management. It provides a way to improve the management efficiency of project schedule management, and also has certain guiding significance to the research of project schedule management of the whole engineering construction enterprise.
